Since moving into Riverside, my sister-in-law is the happiest we have seen her in years even at home with carers she wasn't this happy. She loves the carers, the games, quizzes, karaoke, and the crack she has with all the staff and other residents. It's made her life much better.

Every time I visit its a joy to see the staff are happy and communicating with the residents and there seems to be plenty going on to keep everybody occupied.

All staff are very caring, polite and helpful. Not only to the residents but also to all visitors. Nothing is too much trouble. Upon admission, everything was explained in detail and any questions were answered. In my view, Riverside was/is the perfect choice and is an excellent care home.

My dad came to Riverside in February from being in hospital. He took some settling but now he is eating and drinking with thanks to the lovely staff and starting to gain weight. All the staff are lovely, friendly and nothing is any trouble; we are very pleased with my dad/granda's care.

My sister-in-law settled into Riverside Court straightaway. The staff are so caring. They help her to get involved in activities. She loves the meals. We've never seen her look so happy. The cleanliness is there at all times.

When my sister moved into the home both me and my sister were unsure, but not anymore, from management to staff and admin staff and activity coordinator are all excellent at what they do. My sister is so happy. She has gained weight for the first time in years and is always smiling. We thank you all for that. I would recommend Riverside Court Care Home very highly to everyone.

My stay has been ok, it has been everything I'd hoped for. The staff are friendly and do go out of their way for me. I did enjoy going to the arts and crafts and I also went out to do a little shopping before I went home and also had lunch. The girls also left me some knitting and books for my room. I will return in the near future for another holiday, thank you.

I have been dreading going into a care home, even for respite. I have had a wonderful surprise, I am not having my independence taken away, there is always help if I want or need it. The staff are all lovely, fun, kind and compassionate. I feel like I am going on a very enjoyable holiday.

All staff are lovely and helpful. From management, carers, kitchen staff and cleaners are all amazing. I always feel welcome and love to see the foyer looking amazing. A special mention to the activity team who go above and beyond for everyone.

Lovely atmosphere on arrival, staff are always happy and pleasant. Mam's room is always warm and clean. Lots of activities always on the go. Can't comment on food or drink because Mam is peg fed bit lovely dining room all set up nice for mealtimes.

Moved my parents into Riverside Court Care Home last year. After visiting the home, it felt really homely and friendly, the staff are all friendly and the activities offered are really well-organised and they go the extra mile for everyone.

Very clean. Staff are friendly. The food, I couldn't ask for anything better. Always plenty going on. Overall, I am very happy.

This care home has capable and friendly staff who do a great job in looking after the residents! I do notice that on some occasions there is not enough staff (maybe due to illness), but all staff are courteous friendly and willing to help residents in any way they can! I enjoy coming to visit.

My experience of Riverside Court Care Home, since my mum became a resident eight months ago, is nothing other than positive. The staff are incredible and afford everyone excellent care, whilst showing patience and understanding. The atmosphere is always friendly and jovial and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone works really hard to make Riverside a happy place to be. The catering is excellent, Mum loves her food and has as many cups of tea as she wants. She is kept stimulated with the amazing activity ladies and I'm really happy to have moved Mum here.

Riverside Court gives a feel-good factor from the moment you enter. The staff, from top to bottom are pleasant, kind and courteous with the activities for the residents fantastic. It is a clean and well-kept/run care home and my father has settled right in.

I write this as the wife of a resident who is unable to write or communicate. I can see the level of caring and dedication from all of the staff in Riverside Court Care Home. He is well looked after, the food is good as is the cleanliness of the home. It is a level of care that exceeded my expectations when putting my husband not a care home.

I have just been to see my sister-in-law and friend of 60+ years, I cannot praise Riverside Care Home enough. The management and staff are outstanding in their care and commitment to the residents, nothing is to much trouble, always welcomed with a cheery hello and offered a cup of tea and cake. Riverside staff have brought a vulnerable lady who had lost trust in people due to some bad experiences back to a happy and confident person who continues to improve week by week. Thank you to all from a very grateful relative, I would recommend this care home to anyone.
