Most of my brother's needs are met. The staff work hard to please the residents, i.e. outings, activities, e.t.c. Care and attention, personal care and rooms are very well kept. There is a warm welcoming feeling from the staff, who are very friendly.

Since Mam's arrival at Wheatfield Care Home, the care and attention mam has received has been excellent. All issues that we (her family), have raised, have been quickly resolved. We have found all the staff including the management, to be friendly, professional, approachable and caring. Mam has been treated with respect and dignity. They have built up a relationship with her and her relatives who are kept updated when she's had a "good day".

I cannot praise the management and staff, giving excellent care, very attentive to all family members, makes you welcome and always a smile and hello. Never seen Dad so happy, plenty of activities and he loves Elvis.

There are no words to express my gratitude having the privilege to stay at Wheatfield Court, being so cared for by the staff, with consideration so deep as if I had been a much loved relative. En-suite made us confident at all moves privately out of sight of other residents and visitors.

Excellent. I came to Wheatfield following knee surgery. I live alone and would have found it very difficult to manage without the care and support of your excellent team. They were pleasant, kind and very professional and enabled me to get on my feet and get back to my home and society. It is very important we keep this type of facility to enable people like me to become active again.

I came to Wheatfield Court a year ago following a fall which left me with spinal injuries. the care I have received has made the slow recovery of some abilities possible. My room is en suite, has a TV and has wifi. The food is wholesome and there is choice and dietary options. The staff here are kept up to date and proficient with regular training sessions. We are encouraged to socialise in either of the two lounges - so you can just chat, enjoy the safe and pleasant garden or join in the various activities in the designated lounge. These include arts and crafts. table games and on Sundays in one lounge a broadcast TV service is transmitted. There are regular outings to places of interest in wheelchair adapted buses. We receive special celebrations and cake on birthdays etc.

Since arriving at Wheatfield Court I have received far more than I expected from all the staff from the medical team to all the other staff. The care has been excellent from everyone. The food has been exceptional, compliments to the chef.

I was only a resident for one week, was expecting two weeks but satisfactory, would of had another week, especially for the physio, but overall, satisfactory and made new friends.

The care and attention paid to my friend has been exemplary. Nothing was too big an ask. Not only was her physical comfort looked after, but her social and emotional needs were also addressed. I have witnessed genuine care, compassion and respect shown by all the staff involved. Added to this, the staff were always very welcoming to me, helpful and supportive.

I have been to many care homes and I can honestly say Wheatfield Court is one of the best. The staff and management are caring, lovely and professional. The staff on the Bronte Nursing Wing are amazing and the care they have given my friend is fantastic. The whole care home is clean, no smells, nice food and amazing staff.

Since moving here in November 2023 I have been made to feel welcome which has helped me to quickly settle into my new home. I now look forward, with confidence to the future.

My gran spent some time in Eden before moving into Wheatfield towards the end of 2023. I speak on behalf of my gran and the entire family, we can't thank the staff, carers, nurses and management for everything they have done. You treat my grandma with dignity, respect, genuine love and care. My gran is very happy, so happy she called Wheatfield, 'home', something we never thought would be possible. My gran made the decision to move in full-time as she felt safe and her quality of life was better. She has only been there a short time but I am so impressed by everything, the staff are attune to my grandma's health needs and I strongly feel their quick response has prevented my grandma from further hospital admissions and got her through the winter months. She has been able to personalise her room to which she has said is just perfect. The communication is outstanding. We see everyone at Wheatfield as our extended family. We have landed on our feet with the manager and the team!

This is my second time in Eden Court. I was here a year ago when I received the same excellent care and attention from all members of the staff whether they were nurses, carers or members of the cleaning team. It is a happy caring establishment where you as a patient feel valued and respected.

Wheatfield Court is perfect beyond words, management, carers, cleaners kitchen staff are all amazing. The care is very high standards. Everyone is so friendly and helpful nothing is any bother. It's so good for my family knowing my mam is being looked after in her last years.

Cannot fault this home. My wife has dementia and has been treated with kindness and care by all the staff nothing has been too much trouble.
