AMAZING doesn't really describe the care my sister in law is receiving at Bryansburn. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We moved her there from another home in January and I cannot praise them enough. The staff not only care about the residents but visitors as well. My sister in law is now walking with aids and rather than vegitating in a lounge she takes part in activities and even knitting again. More importantly she is SMILING and HAPPY. We cannot thank them enough for giving us peace of mind. We live in Wales and travel over once a Month. THANK YOU

I am more than happy with the level of care that my mother receives at Bryansburn Care Home. I have always found the staff to be very approachable, friendly and caring. I am kept informed in a prompt manner if any problems arise with my mother's health.

Throughout my nanny's time here, the staff were kind, attentive and thoughtful towards both her and our family. On special occasions, we were given tea and treats and a room was set aside and decorated for us. The staff were always welcoming and always went the extra mile, right up until her final days. She was very content there and enjoyed all of the activities they had to offer. We will be endlessly grateful for the care and support given to us from all of the staff at Bryansburn Care Home.

My mother suffered a stroke as well as being diagnosed with dementia. Such was her conditions, it was impossible to care for her at home and maintain her dignity. The first care home my mother was placed in did not take into account of her bespoke needs so the transfer to Bryansburn Care Home has been a breath of fresh air. They look after my mum's needs without question and treat her almost like family. This is witnessed by us, as a family, and evidenced by my mother bursting into a smile every time a member of staff enters her room. We couldn't wish for our mother to be cared for in a better place.

We have been using Bryansburn Care Home for about a year now. From the beginning, I liked the venue, it was welcoming, clean and friendly. I liked the introduction we received from the manager at the start, this welcome has continued to this day. My wife, in my experience, is well looked after by the staff, I find them all very helpful in relation to both her and my needs. Everyone uses my wife's name when they see her and this helps her to relax when she comes in. She enjoys the food there and I feel safe leaving her there. No more space but I like Bryansburn Home, the staff and the experience there.

The staff of Bryansburn Care Home are hardworking and friendly. They are also very respectful in their approach to our most vulnerable loved ones. The place is bright and welcoming with a homely atmosphere. Any perceived concerns are dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would have no qualms about recommending Bryansburn to anyone whose relatives may need care now or in the future.

My father has been in this home since July 2024. The home is willing to listen and respond to any concerns or problems. Staff are friendly and there is always someone around when you need them. The home is clean. Residents are well-fed. There is good communication from the home to all services and a willingness to work with other professionals and adapt if necessary.

Bryansburn Care Home is always spotlessly clean with a warm, friendly atmosphere. Nothing is ever a bother to the staff they are so attentive. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the best care for their relative.

I wanted the best care for my husband and at Bryansburn that's what you get. My husband has settled in very well and that is all down to the brilliant care, compassion and hard work from all the staff and management, they are a credit to the place. Bryansburn has a lovely homely feel which also makes it so special. I really appreciate all the continuing support from everyone. Thank you.

My mother has only been living in Bryansburn Care Home for two months but already we are seeing signs of her settling in well! That is down to the excellent care that she has been receiving from the staff who are warm, respectful and attentive. The residents in the home are treated like family and in the most dignified manner and in the most clean and comfortable environment leading to them feeling safe and secure. Something that is most important to someone living with dementia.

My mother has been attending the Bryansburn Care Home for day care for a few months now. She is happy and content and always has a smile on her face when I drop her off and again on collection. All the staff go above and beyond to ensure she receives the best possible care. The staff are attentive and care for Mum in an excellent, professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend the Bryansburn and when the time comes for Mum to attend as a full-time resident, the Bryansburn will be out home of choice.

As a family, we have found Bryansburn Care Home to be an amazing place. I will always remember the warm, friendly welcome we got when we arrived to put Mum into their care. They treat each resident as an individual and cater for each person's specific needs in a caring, thoughtful way. They organise lovely activities to keep Mum stimulated and she particularly enjoys getting her hair and nails done - they even put her make-up on her if I am taking her out so that she looks her best - this was always important to her. I can relax knowing that Mum is so well cared for. Thank you to the team at Bryansburn.

The staff at the Bryansburn deliver excellent standards of nursing care at all times. They demonstrate care and compassion and attend to all needs. They have excellent communication, keeping up to date with every detail relating to care needs. I feel happy and confident that my mother is receiving the best nursing care according to her needs. I would highly recommend Bryanburn as the first choice for nursing care.

It was Mum's first birthday without Dad and not in her own home. The staff went out of their way to ensure her birthday was celebrated, involving us and changing planned timings so we could be part of it. A happy birthday sing song, cake and tea were provided. Was just lovely to have Mum and us considered in such a personal way. Staff at Bryansburn Care Home, thanks for all you do, keep being you.
