View Full Details of Ogilvy CourtThe staff at Ogilvy Court put residents first. My dad was so worried about going into nursing care but his experience has been outstanding as the staff at Ogilvy Court do everything they can to support him. They look after him like I would - and both myself and my family are so grateful and are in endless gratitude every day about the care that he receives. He is looked after so well and all the staff always go the extra mile to meet his needs. He is safe, and loves it there - and most importantly he is happy, so a huge thank you to the management and staff.
My grandma is settled and happy as can be expected at Ogilvy Court. The staff, management, nurses, carers and catering staff etc all treat her with kindness, dignity and respect. They keep me regularly informed of all aspects of her care and resolve any concerns swiftly. My grandma is cherished by her family and friends alike and it wasn't an easy decision to move her into a home, so we are all very grateful that she's at Ogilvy Court and for the care they provide for her. The peace of mind this gives is priceless.
We visited our aunt on Saturday and found her well cared for. The staff obviously look after the residents with every care, consideration and dignity.
I am the daughter of a resident who has been in Ogilvy Court since May 2022. I cannot praise the staff and management enough for the love and support they have given to my mother, who was placed there due to having dementia and being unable to live at home after a dangerous fall. Nothing is ever too much to ask, and the attention to detail of the care given to residents is amazing, from eye tests, pedicures, manicures and reviewing health needs. There are regular relative meetings where you can voice any concerns, and the management is always available to sort out any queries. New residents are settled in well.
Compared to how my mom came, she is much better now. Before coming, she was lonely, depressed and not coping well in the community. She had no eating plan because she would forget to eat, and this would go on for days, but after moving into Ogilby Court, she looked well cared for.
My granddad went to Ogilvy Court a few years ago, and it was a difficult decision to make as it is always a difficult decision to make to allow strangers to care for your loved ones. Over the years, I have been pleased; they keep me updated on resident of the day and also on pertinent events relating to him.
My husband has been here since the end of September 2022, and I am very happy with the care and attention he is receiving. It now seems that he is more settled.
I have two friends who currently live at Ogibly Court. They are lucky to be here because they speak very well about living at Ogilvy Court. They are lucky to be in a safe place to be getting the care and health treatment they receive at Ogilvy Court. My friends look happy and nice. I love to see them laugh and joke with the staff when it happens - that's very good. I have admiration for the staff. My friends would be very confident to tell me anything, and they have never spoken badly about Ogilvy Court.
My father seems very happy at Ogilvy Court. The staff are excellent and very informative of his mishaps. They are very patient ad kind to him.
My father is gradually getting frailer through simply old age. The staff are very attentive and make sure that he is getting everything he needs; he is comfortable.
I have found Ogilvy Court to be incredibly welcoming. I believe my wife has had very good care. I find the staff both incredibly polite and accommodating. I am very grateful that my wife is in their care. To date, I have no negative comments. Keep up the good work.
My father has been in this home for approx 16 months now, and I am pleased with the level of care he receives. My father is not an easy person to deal with, and the staff try their best to take care of all his needs. A great deal of humility is required in order to maintain order concerning my father, and the staff seem to have that in abundance. They always take time to talk to you and fill you in with any information they can provide. It's nice to see people take pride in what can only be prescribed as a very difficult job at times.
The staff keep me informed about my aunt regularly and always lets me know if there are any issues or problems. Looking after her is challenging as she has advanced dementia and is nonverbal; however, she is always clean and well-fed, and the staff look after her very well. They cater for her love of music.
My mum has been cared for by staff at Ogilvy Court since May 2022. All staff are aware of my mum's needs. I am very happy with how the staff interact with my mum and other residents when I visit. Staff contact me on a regular basis to update me on how my mum is doing - resident of the day. I like the set-up of the home; my mum has space to walk and interact with other residents on the floor. I am very happy with all aspects of the care provided to my mum.
First of all, I would like to thank all the fantastic staff at Olgivy Court. They always keep in touch with me with updates on my mum's health and well-being The care they give Mum and the lovely meals throughout the day are excellent. I can't thank you enough.
I hold Power of Attorney for a lady and friend of the family in her mid-90s that has been in Ogilvy Court for a few years. The staff are very friendly and communicates with me weekly on how she is doing, and she is often made "resident of the week" Since the lady moved into Ogilvy Court, I have noticed her physical health has improved a lot, and she is eating well and engaging in the activities that the home organises. The main thing is she seems very happy and content there and grateful for everything the staff are doing for her.
Our auntie has been at Ogilvy Court for nearly six years. The care and attention she has received has been wonderful. The staff always make us welcome and are very happy to talk about Auntie's needs. Many thanks to all the staff at Ogilvy.
Orgivly Court care staff are friendly and courteous. They always keep me updated on my mother's progress and day-to-day routine, which as a family, we appreciate. The care home and grounds are clean. My mother enjoys the activities that are arranged in Orgivly Court. My mother finds the meals prepared for her very filling, healthy and delightful.
Making the decision to put the care of your relative into another's hands is one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do. What makes it bearable is knowing that those who are caring for her are doing such a fantastic job that I can actually sleep at night. Simply put, Mum is thriving at Ogilvy Court. When I visit, I see the way she interacts with staff, the way they are always cheerful and treat her with respect, dignity, and above, all total care - it's so reassuring. They put her welfare and needs at the heart of decisions - and not just her either. You can really see how well they know their residents and how much they care about making sure they receive quality care. One of the best things about the care home is that they keep me updated about Mum - that's important to me. I want to thank the whole team for everything they're doing to make Mum's quality of life the very best it can be. They make a real difference, and it hasn't gone unnoticed.
My cousin has been there for some time, and the staff have been wonderful looking after her. They always keep in touch with me and update me on any issues with her. I visit when possible and always find the home nice and clean and my cousin very comfortable. I am asked every time do I wish for any tea/coffee. Over the years, I have known some of the staff to be very courteous and helpful when I visit.
