Mum has settled in really well she has had a couple of occasion when she wasn't happy but we managed to sort them out and now she knows the staff and they are getting use to her over all the home is a nice place to live.

I visit my mother at least twice a week. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. The care for my mother is second to none. All medical and welbeing needs are always covered. Since my mother has been here her health and welbeing has improved no end.

Excellent care and service staff are all friendly with both residents and family members. I couldn't ask for better care for my mom. She is happy and content to be there she has been there for 2 years now and is doing so well she was admitted there with just six weeks to live but with the care she has received she is thriving 2 years on.

My aunt was looked after very well at Newbury Manor Nursing Home, all of the staff were helpful at all times and did their best to look after my aunt.

So many Safeguarding issues! Includes two broken femurs and more falls and bruises than I can remember. Very poor comunication. Clothing ruined, items missing - even after leaving (family pics). Very slow to respond to official communication if at all. Mom has gone from feeding herself, sitting in the lounge and talking to nonverbal, bedridden and is so weak.

I would like to put a review for Newbury Manor Nursing Home. My mum was here for six months before she sadly passed. I would like to say how wonderful the staff and management were in caring for her. She was cared for with respect and dignity.

When entering Newbury Manor, I have always received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. The home is always lovely and warm and very clean. I am very happy with the care provided to my sister.

My dad entered the home in mis November 2023, he was dealt with, with care, professionalism and kindness particularly given he was end of life. The staff always treated me and members of the family kindly which made life easier. Dad was very well looked after to the very end. I'm extremely grateful to the entire team who had a role in my dad's life which led to him passing away with dignity.

Excellent care given to my wife. All staff and care delivered are outstanding. My wife is happy and comfortable. All staff are welcoming, and the home is always clean.

My father-in-law had his 80th birthday party at the home and it was amazing. It was really kind of the manager to let us use the red room, all the staff were excellent in helping organise the party for us all to enjoy. We were well looked after and I would recommend people use the facility. My father-in-law had a fantastic 80th birthday.

My dad came to Newbury. All the staff were wonderful and the care they gave my dad was incredible. Could not fault. We would like to thank all the staff at Newbury Manor. The home is always clean and always get a welcome at reception.

I would like to thank all the nursing, care and management staff at Newbury Manor very much for looking after my dad so well whilst he was there a few short months. My dear dad sadly passed away suddenly in December. He was treated with care and compassion by all. I was always treated as a friend every time I visited him and felt that my dad was looked after in the best home he needed, after sadly his care needs were too much for me to continue at his home. I would recommend to anyone who find themselves in the same situation I was in a few months ago. Thank you all.

My father-in-law was a resident for only one month, but we cannot thank the staff enough for the care and compassion shown to him and to his wife for the whole time. The whole family were treated like family by the cleaners, the laundry staff, the carers, the nurses and the management - we were all taken care of.

In the time my friend has been at Newbury Manor, I have found all the staff to be very polite, caring and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff in any time I have questions that need answering. Would definitely recommend Newbury Manor to anyone. Gives me peace of mind my friend is being cared for brilliantly.

My mom has been in Newbury Manor for six months. Staff are kind and efficient, treat patients with dignity and are very caring towards the residents. The building is warm, well-furnished and bright.

My daughter came to Newbury Manor. The care and kindness they showed my daughter and myself were exceptional, from management to admin staff. Thank you, made me feel very reassured. I recommend Newbury Manor to anyone who is going through what I was.

I have been a resident at Newbury Manor since September 2023, having been "rescued" by the manager. I had visited my friend since February and found myself in a lot of pain and almost immobile. The manager met me one day when I was in tears, as I could not cope at home. She took me into her office and offered me a room. I took this with open arms. I have now been here for over two months and have received so much help and kindness from the manager and all the staff. Also, a warm and friendly welcome from all the residents. This shows to me what a considerate, helpful and loving community we have here. Some situations are difficult and require great patience from the carers, which is readily given and above and beyond the care of duty.

I have lived here for ten years. All the staff are like my family. The management comes and sees me every day. Nurses are great, and I love the care staff.
