View Full Details of Daneside Court Care HomeMy mum is on end of life care but you still made sure she listened to the beautiful Christmas Carols in the dining room, I thank you for that. She was with you before she got admitted to hospital but we knew she would want to be back with you. You all do an amazing job and tonight was a wonderful memory.
Everything is okay and fine but residents do not like change like shower days. But all is okay we find the staff are very good.
We find the home a fine place for mum, and though she doesn't engage much with others is quite happy here.
I find the staff very good and caring to all the residents that are housed at the home. The residents are engaged to participate in the activities which they seem to enjoy. They seem stimulated because the activity provider is a very caring individual who always has an interest in making the residents more varied and tailors the needs of the individual but they all seem happy.
I find all aspects of Daneside Court to be excellent, from accommodation to the food provided. My only concern is security when I awoke one night to find another resident standing next to me.
Always been made welcome. Any questions asked have been answered without hesitation.
Very happy. Good to know help is available when needed. Staff are very friendly and respectful. Meals are good and staff are happy to serve them in the room if not up to going to the dining room. Good facilities and lots of activities.
Caring staff, always keep us updated with Dad's day-to-day activities or if any issues arise. Very personal care, always make sure Dad's needs are considered.
Mum is very happy with the care she receives, as are the family. Rooms are a nice size and she has a lovely view over the garden. Staff and the manager are very helpful, available to talk. There are plenty of activities and trips out are available and the library is good. Food is good quality. Mum is always treated with respect. Would recommend to others.
I read reviews for Daneside Court and looked at the CQC rating before my mum moved into the home. I am pleased with the care and kindness she received. The staff are caring and friendly and the home is a pleasant place to live.
Always made to feel welcome when visiting.
Great staff attitude ensuring my mother is chatting and alert. Great schedule of activities she can dip in and out as she pleases. Her health has improved since being here, soon loss complaining.
Overall good.
I am very pleased with the care and support my auntie receives at the care home. All the staff and management are very pleasant and helpful. The only negative from my point of view is that communication could be better.
I feel on the whole the care provided to my mum is very good. We did have some teething problems with her care in the beginning, but it has all been sorted now. I do feel like there are not enough carers available for the care that is needed. They want to be able to spend more time with the residents to bond and just don't have the time to do that, which is a great shame, because the residents would benefit greatly from it.
Attended a Jubilee garden party at the home. It had been organised really well, plenty of family members had attended, all having fun, drinks and food were supplied for all (residents/families/staff) and entertainment was uplifting - two singers/raffle/bouncy castle. Residents were attended well by staff and were encouraged to sing and jig to the music (all had fun). Nothing was too much trouble, some staff had even come in on their day off to help. My only complaint I have is that the garden chairs could do with updating.
After spending two months here, after coming out of the hospital, I'd say the home, services and staff have been wonderful. I'm lucky enough to be able to go home this week - but I'll miss the three good meals a day plus more. Congratulations Daneside Court.
The staff are caring, helpful and friendly. The meals are very good and the home itself is always clean.
Very pleased with the care my sister is receiving. The staff are very caring and cheerful. A good variety of food choices, plenty of activities on offer for residents and a lovely garden to enjoy.
My mother has been a resident at Daneside Court, Northwich for nearly two years now. Mother has a lovely room kept spotlessly clean, well heated and ventilated. The food is very good, varied and well prepared and the staff, caring and very attentive.
