My mother is being cared for excellently and appears to be very settled and happy the home is always clean and welcoming.

This home and staff are amazing. The care my relative received over the eleven years stay was outstanding, all the staff are caring, friendly and in particular excellent to my relative, who could be a little difficult at times. Well done everybody.

I have been attending the home on a weekly basis for the past year. I have always found the staff welcoming and had no issues with visiting, including times. My brother's room is always clean and he is well-presented. He has never complained or found fault with the home. I have been present during meal times, which look very good. I am kept up to date with any issues and so far cannot find fault. Staff do and amazing job.

The love and care bestowed to my mother over the last five years has been exceptional. As a family, we have been supported throughout the night up to the point where my mother recently passed away. We are thankful to all the carers at Peartree, especially all those on the second floor who cared and loved Mum and to a particular member of staff for organising all the activities and fun entertainment for the residents, Mum always enjoyed. Another particular staff member and her team have all been exceptional. Much love to you all.

Peartree has been a rock of support for me and the family, so stress has been taken away. Mum has been here for one year and a month, well past her diagnosis of 3 to 6 months. There is so much for residents to do with events and in-house activities. Mum settled in very well and is happy, and that makes me happy and reassured

I have been visiting my friend since she came to Peartree. The home is very well equipped for everybody's needs. The staff are very supportive of residents and visitors. All the residents seem very happy.

All the staff in Peartree are kind and caring not only to residents but also to family or friends who visit. I am so pleased that my mum has a place in this home as I know that she is being cared for with compassion, dignity and kindness. The entertainment person does so much to help the residents occupied and engaged in a varied assortment of activities.

I was apprehensive about leaving my mum in the care of strangers but I have been very pleasantly surprised. Everyone on the staff is caring, friendly and warm. They really do demonstrate how to care for frail and vulnerable people. Pertree is a gem among care homes, the staff go over and above every single day. Thank you.

My mother-in-law received fabulous care at Peartree, so warm, welcoming and non-judgemental and kind. Every member of staff made every interaction a pleasure and she improved so much over the 4 weeks she was there. Special shoutout to four members of staff in particular.
