Our relative was resistant to residential care given he had been on his own for past 40 years. He was not very sociable to begin with but perseverance of the staff at Coplands Nursing Home, their enthusiasm and encouragement has seen him take part in many activities now the nurses keep an eye on his medical needs, monitor health and well being and are helpful in discussing his care needs. All the staff are very friendly, approachable and listen to any concerns, which they act upon. The care home is ran in a very positive atmosphere and we can see that our relative is benefitting from the care support he is receiving.

The home manager really does make every effort to promote quality of life and personal choice for the resident. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly to my auntie and all family. Home is so clean. Chef keeps coming and asking my auntie what she likes to eat. I am really impressed and recommend this home to keep your loved one, no doubt this home is A star. In future, if I need a care home, I want to stay in this home.

My aunt has been at Coplands for almost two years and we are very happy with the care, service and support that we all receive. My aunt is very happy at Coplands and has made lots of friends. All the staff take great care of her. Thank you all for your kindness, support and great care.

My family and I have been so happy with all staff for the care and support they have given my mum. She has always been looking great, her hair done and just always over all beautiful. Thanks so much.

Very happy with the care service. The food and drinks are good. The laundry is excellent. Management is very approachable and helpful.

My sister has been a resident for many years. I can not praise the standard of care enough, if you have a query it is always sorted out very promptly. The staff are all kind and caring the communication between staff and relatives is excellent.

An outstanding garden party with good food and entertainment with sunny weather! The staff helped the residents to enjoy the event and have a good time. A very friendly atmosphere.

Since my father-in-law was admitted to this lovely caring care home myself and my family are very happy with the genuine service. The main attraction is all the staff, managers, nurses, catering, activities staff, receptionists, and chefs are very kind, polite, and caring. This home is like environmental home managers are Calvert approachable and helpful very warm welcome receptionist although my dad in law in is bed bound activities staff offered activities to my dad on his choices and preferences and the chef are following dietary.

When arriving at Coplands you are greeted at reception by friendly and kind staff which helps you as a relative and makes you feel at ease as it is daunting that a loved one has to go into care. It is not easy to put into words how I feel suffice it to say that management, admin, and every single member of staff who helps care for and look after my husband cannot be praised enough and you can see that he truly benefits from all the help he gets. All the staff are friendly and kind - always have time to talk to you even though they are very busy. We also enjoy a nice afternoon tea on our daily visits. I think it is lovely to be able to say that we feel they are all part of our family, thank you once again to everyone at Coplands for being there for my husband.

I have nothing to complain about except some of wife's dresses is misplaced. I did explain they said they going to look at it. That’s all I want to know thank you. Well, I have nothing to say, just I’m just satisfied with the way it’s except one thing lack of exercise for a patient with an operation in parts of the body because doing exercises in the room is not comfortable enough to recover from a muscle or injuries.

My father was admitted to the care home in 2022. Throughout his time here he has been treated, with care, kindness, and dignity. The staff goes out of their way to treat him as an individual. I am constantly updated regarding any changes to his health. It gave me great peace of mind to know he was looked after so well.

The staff and the managerial staff are excellent and carry the residence to an exemplary standard that allows for no incompetence from the staff. The staff all work very hard to provide for all the residents and I have seen this firsthand as they care for my grandfather. No matter how his condition may be on the day the staff will ensure that he eats and that he is clean and fresh and in a better mood when possible. A great thank you to all the staff for caring for my grandfather in his weak moments.

My brother enjoyed the very best of care during his stay at Coplands. Everyone was supportive of my brother, sister, and me, they went to great trouble to make sure that we felt he was safe. The whole staff the Managers, Carers, and the Chef all took the time to make him comfortable and could not do enough for him.

Just want to say a big thank you for everything the staff has done for my brother. I know that every day he's happy because everyone is helping. Thanks again from me and my family. Every time my brother was here he never complained. The reception was very helpful.

I am always impressed with both the staff and the cleanliness of the home and my aunt's room. She is happily settled and comfortable. I am always greeted with a warm and friendly smile from your receptionist and the other carers.

My sister had wonderful care for the many years she lived at Coplands. The staff did a fantastic job and showed endless compassion and love. It has brought great comfort to me to know how much she will be missed by everyone.
