My mother has been a resident here now for over a year and our family are very pleased with the way in which she has been cared for and made to feel like it is her home and not 'a home'. She arrived here in the worst of circumstances but the professionalism of the staff and the thorough nursing care have transformed her physical ailments so that she is now comfortable and healing and has become very fond of her carers. We feel very lucky to have found a home like Bridgeside Lodge Care Centre and have no hesitation recommending it to anyone who has need of such care.

I commend the empathy and professionalism in all aspects of my brother's care. The management and all staff are outstanding in their dedication to the care of my brother. Bridgeside Lodge Care Centre provides the reassurance one needs when one's loved one requires the additional care. Thank you Bridgeside Lodge Care Centre staff.

The manager and her team take such amazing, kind care of the residents. When I speak to family members they praise the staff without prompting. The residents are the centre of their world. This is a truly wonderful home and I love visiting it.

The manager and her team and Bridgeside Lodge Care Centre supported my mother over the course of twelve years following a hypoxic brain injury which led to paralysis from the neck down and extreme communication challenges. During an incredibly painful and traumatic time for my mother as well as us, as a family, Bridgeside, from the very first moment, made us feel part of their family. Offering kindness, compassion, understanding and a shoulder to cry on. My mother had incredibly complex needs and Bridgeside Lodge staff were able to cater to them, not just from a duty-bound perspective but also from a place of genuine care and consideration. I speak on behalf of everyone in my family when I say that we are so grateful for the care my mother received whilst at Bridgeside and I thank each and every one of the staff who cared for my mother from the bottom of my heart. You are all angels.

The care that my mother has received at this care home has been amazing. Every person who works at this facility treats my mother with care and respect. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and it is a huge comfort to us as a family that our loved one is being taken care of by such an incredible team of people.

This is the best of the best! My mother is at the end of her life and the care and attention and affection she is receiving are really wonderful. I feel so good knowing that she is with everyone here. I cannot recommend Bridgeside Lodge Care Centre enough. I am so sad about how things are in the UK, how expensive care is and how the whole country treats their old people. They say you can tell a culture by how they treat their old and Britain is failing and the costs are ridiculous. Everything should be standard charges and there should be a national service to teach the young to work with the old for two years so that they have an understanding and an appreciation of what happens at the end of life.

This is an excellent care home. All the staff are friendly and hardworking. My mum is well cared for, and I am so happy with the care she receives; she could not be in a better place. The manager is so caring and attentive and knows every single resident. I know my mum is safe and happy.

I am pleased with the care. Mum is always clean, she looks comfortable and safe. The environment is very clean, staff are very helpful and keep us informed of her care needs. The location is perfect and has parking and good transport links. There is a garden facing the canal and it's lovely to sit out with residents.

I visit my friend's partner roughly every 5 to 8 weeks. I have noticed a marked progress in her condition, in particular, she is able to communicate and respond more in head movement and expressions. I can see she is so well cared for by everyone in the team and nothing is too much trouble for them. They deliver a professional and exceptional level of care. The extracurricular activities promote the patients and their families, community spirit and family value. It is this holistic approach to her care that I feel contributed to her improvement.

It is a nice home which is well managed. The members of staff are kind and caring and treat members with dignity. My mum has settled in nicely and treats it as her home. They provide activities which stimulate and entertain the residents. I will be willing to recommend this home to my friends and colleagues.

My nan has been at Bridgeside for over a year now. The care she receives is outstanding. She is treated with so much respect and dignity by all staff, and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend Bridgeside - it is an outstanding care home for your loved ones.

My husband came from another care home where he lived for 5 years. Since he moved to Bridgeside Lodge Care Centre within a month we as a family noticed a big difference and improvement in his care. The staff treat us with dignity and respect. This is like our second family. The staff's commitment towards care and people is excellent. We are now able to be a family again. The grandchildren are so happy to see their grandad which did not happen in the previous care home.

Management is fantastic, caring and warm. The staff on the second floor are lovely and caring. The events in the garden are brilliant. The musicians are excellent and lovely people. Everyone who works at Bridgeside has been so thoughtful of all my family's needs while we've been here visiting our mum. I've never visited any other care home, but for me and my family, this is number one! Thank you for all your care and all that you have done

Bridgeside Lodge Care Centre embodies what it means to be resident-centred. For me, this has meant both a clear understanding of my mother's needs as well as a plan on how to address those needs. Above all, this is all done with compassion, kindness and professionalism.

My dad came here in June. Took him a long time to settle, but now he is very happy here. We come a lot and we are always welcome. They have a lot of BBQs. We love to come and meet with other people. We love the care home.
