The care home is great and truly exceptional, offering a warm environment. We feel the staff are like our family, very friendly, helpful and supportive. The care home management and staff are very professional and very respectful. My brother feels happy and safe and I am very grateful for the manager and all the team who works at the care home.

My friend has been resident in Wingham Court Care Home for 18 years now. The staff are lovely and treat her with dignity, respect and friendliness. My friend is so happy here. Thank you for the loving care and support that you give to my friend.

All staff are lovely and kind. Nothing to fault. Very happy with my dad living at Wingham Court, no concerns. Always activities and outings for the residents. The care home manager has been very helpful and informative.

The care of the staff on Willow is first-class. Their care is always about the resident - as though it was their relative.

I feel well looked after and cared for. There are always plenty of things organised for me to do if I want to or I can be in my room with my TV, Everyone is kind and always finds time for my special needs, I feel very lucky to be at Wingham Court.

My partner has been a resident at Wingham for around 9 months now. The entire team is always welcoming and friendly, and the home is very clean with beautiful furnishings and gardens. Overall, it's a very joyful place to be and both my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the placement.

My daughter is always clean and tidy whenever I visit. The staff are always caring and polite to myself and family.

Mum received a very warm welcome from the first day. All the staff responded quickly to her needs and she is settling in well in the new environment.

I am very happy at Wingham. I feel the staff are friendly. I enjoy art sessions and going out with my friend. I don't feel restricted and staff will always help me. The home is comfortable and I feel safe.

I have visited Wingham Court several times for over 5 years and closely follow the news from my relative about all the activities and amazing care. The care is excellent and above all residents are treated as individuals. Last Saturday there was a wonderful Summer fete. The joy of residents, families and staff was wonderful. Everyone so engaged and the grounds are immaculate with such brilliant facilities for residents and families. So much joy! I speak from the heart. My husband was in a different nursing home and I can't tell how different Wingham is. Everything at Wingham is person-centred to the individual resident and all are treated with respect and care. The manager does rule the roost! But with such skill and compassion- for residents and staff and families. The whole ethos is about life - living your best life. It was such a joy to revisit Wingham and see residents and families alike having such a fantastic afternoon. Well done to all the staff and volunteers.

Done in conjunction with this long-term resident (13 years). They are reasonably content here and enjoy the activities. Staff unfailingly kind, friendly and helpfully patient. Privacy is respected and always kept clean and tidy. The food is good but sometimes a bit too much.

My sister has been here a year and is extremely happy and well cared for. Every time I see her she communicates how pleased she is that she moved here. Staff are very professional and kind with a sense of humour. A lot of effort is put into activities which she appreciates. We always enjoy the wonderful decorations and themes in reception. Thank you.

The level of care for my son is excellent. He feels like he is valued. The staff go above and beyond and we are very happy with this care home and his care.

Always helpful and considerate to patients and visitors. Staff will go "the extra" to enable residents to have a positive experience despite their disability.

My partner feels at home at Wingham Court, he's happy here, and knowing he is so well looked after by the amazing staff and management makes our sons and me happy, more relaxed, and at ease than ever before since his brain injury. That's priceless!

Wingham Court is a very welcoming and inclusive care home. All staff, regardless of job profile and level, accommodate the residents/my needs in a dignified and professional manner. Communication is good too. Nothing is too much trouble. Respectable at all times.
