My mother has been a resident at Laburnum House for a few years now and has always been happy there an very well looked after by the excellent, caring and efficient staff.

I cannot praise this care home enough I have been visited a friend twice now and bringing her lifelong friend too visit. The staff cannot do enough to make us feel welcome and offering beverages. The home is friendly atmosphere and spotless clean. I feel so home from home here and my only regret is that I didn't know about this home when my late mother needed care. Excellent care home.

My mother-in-law started residing at Laburnum House approx October 24. As a family supporting her we felt the time was right for her to go into care as her Dementia's were strongly impacting her and our lives in a very negative way. Since living there she has settled well in her lovely room and her anxiety and fear has lessened greatly. Staff are fabulous, always approachble and friendly, too many to name but there is six favourite staff members who make out decision so much easier. We can't thank them enough.

Residents all are looked after and seem happy. Staff really helpful and attentive and are very welcoming and are great with the residents.

The care my mother-in-law has received into Laburnum House has been exceptional. The staff are attentive caring, and approachable. They are always there to answer any questions and keep you updated with all information. She is happy here. I am more than happy with the love and care that is given. I have seen a change in staff but the care is always the same standard.

I just want to take this moment to say a big thank you to all members of staff at Laburnum House for the wonderful care of our dad. From carers, chefs, all domestic staff and management. Every single person goes above and beyond their duties to make sure all residents are very well looked after. Our dad has come on leaps and bounds since arriving at Laburnum House. We thank each and every one of you for the excellent care.

Lovely home with really friendly staff. Feels very welcoming and all residents are well cared for. Nothing is too much bother for the staff. Very impressed with the level of care, couldn't ask for more!

Dad was in the care home for a very short time and sadly passed away while there. He was well looked after and cared for by all the staff. It's a very nice care home with caring staff. They were very caring with me also when I got upset.

My mum came to Laburnum House Care Centre in September 2024. When I visited Laburnum House I knew I had found the best place for her. My initial walkaround was conducted with care and attention and the place itself was spotless. All the care staff were busy interacting with the residents in a joyful and empathetic manner. I was invited to bring my mum and they made us both a lovely meal and showed off the room she could have. My mum moved in and the induction was amazing, they spent a couple of hours just with us, settling my mum in. I enjoy visiting every time and my mum is cared for like a family would care for someone. Recently they threw her a birthday party and made the room all special for her and our family and last week they created a memory for me and my brother by cooking a special meal just for the three of us. They did my mum's hair and make up, took pictures and then gave me a framed picture of us all to commemorate the day. I'm crying just typing that. It is a very special place.

My mother has Alzheimer's and has been a resident in Laburnum House for the last 3 years. We were so fortunate to get a place in Laburnum House, as soon as we needed. My mother settled in immediately and this is all down to the lovely, caring staff who work here. The compassion and kindness to all of your residents is so clear to see. I can sleep at night knowing that Mum is safe and happy. Thank you all.

Since my grandma has come to Laburnum House she has been really settled and is happy here. She no longer seems lonely. The staff are always welcoming and nothing ever seems too much trouble. It's lovely to see my grandma where she is and with people around her.

The staff are all amazing and know all of the residents by name and their families. The care home is always clean, tidy and welcoming.
