View Full Details of Swallowfields Care CentreMy brother was a resident at Swallowfields Care Centre for 14 years. They treated him with the utmost respect, dignity and care. All the staff were amazing especially when my brother went to palliative care. They accepted that as a family his final months were spent as happy as they could have been. Please do not hesitate to trust Swallowfields Care Centre for your loved one!
I am happy to live here.
I want to live in Swallowfields.
As I have moved out of Surrey since my husband passed away. I haven't been to Swallowfields for 4 years. The staff at the home very kindly act on my behalf in all aspects. When my Husband was alive we came to all the meetings and social events. Now I find the journey very difficult.
Our sister resides at Swallowfields Care Home and last year saw her health deteriorate considerably, with long spells in hospital. However, the staff, since she returned back into their care has shown great improvement in getting her out of nappies to normal underwear again, getting her semi-mobile and disposing of the hoist and getting her back into a normal bed. All of this while my sister was depressed and completely immobile. All the staff show great compassion, resilience, patience and tolerance. They were always happy to update us as a family whenever we dropped in, which was many times.
