Continued excellent professional and caring support to our mother and her family. They provide such good care. All staff are very approachable and make us most welcome whenever we visit. Thank you, it is very much appreciated.

Since my father moved into Lillibet Lodge in November 2022, he has been so well looked after and cared for by excellent, friendly staff in a very caring and supportive environment. He was able to move in with his wife as it was important to all the family - and them - that they could be together. They share a well-equipped room and although their needs are different (Dad has Alzheimer's), they are so well-supported and have settled into the home. The Home Manager has been so good at keeping in touch as I don't live in the area. Visiting is never a problem at any time. Any queries are answered and everyone is very approachable. Thank you so much for all you do, it is so very much appreciated.

My mum has been a resident at Lillibet Lodge for approx 4 years and I have always felt totally confident that she is being cared for and is kept safe. During the last 6 months during the pandemic, the home has stepped up and been so amazing, not just looking after their residents but keeping the relatives fully informed by sending them regular updates, including innovative videos. I think I speak on behalf of all the relatives, Lillibet Lodge have gone over and above during these uncertain times. The amount of effort they put into caring for the residents and their relatives is second to none. My thanks go to the home manager and her team. Thank you for looking after and caring for my mum. You are all 'BRILLIANT'.

The care home I feel has gone way beyond its duty. The care home manager and all the staff have been absolutely fantastic in their care of the residents in this very difficult period, they have managed to keep up the morale of both the residents and their family members. The way they used technology to keep family members informed and in touch has been creative. The regular updates and videos have been a god sent. I want to say a big thank you to the manager and all staff for all the hard work that they put in. I could not wish for a better place for my relative to be in right now.

We moved mum here some years ago after a really poor experience elsewhere. Despite being a challenging lady, Lillibet Lodge continues to provide 1st class care, have improved her health and upheld her welfare superbly even during the COVID difficulties. We're incredibly grateful for the whole teams continuing care.

Wonderful care home, second to none. All staff are truly dedicated to caring for their Lillibet family. During these unprecedented times of Covid-19, our family members have been kept safe and well, and we have had regular updates through videos, phone calls to give us comfort and peace of mind when we are not able to visit.

My mum has been at the lodge for 16-months and is extremely happy there. The staff care for my mum with patience, sensitivity and love. All staff and managers find time to answer any questions I may have, and keep me updated as to Mums health and well being. Mum has a lovely room which is warm and welcoming, with some personal items relating to her family. Photos with names on etc. This enables mum to remember, and the staff know who she is talking about. All at The Lodge do an amazing job.
