View Full Details of Earlsdon Lodge Care HomeWhen Earldson Lodge push the boat out that is exactly what they do. It was so lovely to see all the happy faces of the residents relatives and staff having so much fun. The entertainer was very good singing "Goodnight Sweetheart" in his 1940's clothes even the carers joined in. The Bouncy Castle was a brilliant idea for the children who attended. We managed to navigate the rain and the food wasn't bad either.
It was my mum's husband's 96th birthday the activities and events coordinator did a wonderful job in organising photos and the seating area. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you so much.
It is my grandad's birthday so we are visiting his wife. The Activities Organiser has set up chairs, pictures, and banners and offered music. She sang Happy Birthday and took lots of pictures and videos for us. Absolutely lovely time.
The lovely activity organiser arranged a tea party for my grandad's 96th birthday. My nan is a resident and 8 of us were given an area to sit together - sing happy birthday, eat cake and spend time together. She offered drinks music and took lots of photos. Thank you for making the day special.
The Activities Coordinator was excellent during our visit - she went out of her way to make us all feel welcome and comfortable. So lovely that she came in on her day off!
Fantastic care and attention throughout. Can't thank them enough for the phenomenal effort to make Grandad's birthday so special!
We used Earlsdon Lodge Care Home for a 2-week respite for my Mother. As it was the first time, we looked at many homes and Earlsdon Lodge gave us the confidence that our mother would be looked after. They proved us right - the manager was great from start to end. The staff were so good with my Mother. They made it feel like home for her. To make us comfortable we had the opportunity to video call our Mum and received many photos to reassure us that Mum was doing well. Thank you so much and needless to say we have booked with them again.
Always welcoming. This home has changed owners this year and is showing improvement. The management team has been in post for some time and new staff have been taken on. The staffing seems more settled now and new residents are being taken in. There are certainly signs of improvement taking place.
The home is clean and warm. Staff seem happy and caring, having a personal knowledge of residents. Over its last 2 years there has been an effort to encourage residents to take part in activities, which most seem to enjoy.
We had a very good experience and enjoyed the entertainment, the food was well appreciated. Thank you for the invitation, my mum and dad enjoyed it too.
Earlsdon Lodge laid on a lovely birthday tea for our mother on her 100th birthday. The staff are always very kind to her but on this day she was made to feel extra special.
I can see that my gran is receiving high quality care. The staff were friendly and attentive and the facilities were clean and tidy. The staff had gone above and beyond in setting up a birthday party for my gran. They provided food and decorations and took photos. I know they also put on a lot of other activities for the residents.
The staff are very good, always ask if you need anything.
Mum has been here only a week. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Activities are a big bonus but Mum is confused at times with so many names to remember. Nice to have a quiet room to sit and chat. The food is okay. A ground-floor room would suit Mum better.
Since arriving, everyone has been so friendly. Every resident seems happy, which extends from the staff. My grandmother only has good things to say, and she can be tough to please.
House and staff are very welcoming. Respond quickly to requests for help and advice. Confident that Mom is being well cared for.
Since lockdown things have improved greatly. New management and a lot of new staff. Everybody are very kind and caring. They do a lot of activities.
I am very happy with the care my brother is now getting since the new manager has taken over. Staff have been excellent as well.
My nan has been here 3 years now and has always been happy. There has been a change of staff many times, but the care has been good. There is one member of staff who has been here the longest, and as a family we have a good connection. Pleased to see an increase in activities being held now, which is great.
Over the past couple of months the standards have improved. There are now daily activities that offer stimulation to the residents. New management have implemented positive changes, despite staffing difficulties and the atmosphere within the home is pleasant and welcoming. Staff clearly care for the residents.
