I visited my friend this morning and he is very happy with his room overlooking the garden. He enjoys all his meal. He finds the staff very caring. he enjoys mixing with other residents in the lounge. I personally found the staff very helpful and he feels very safe here. In his words "he gets to sleep happy and wakes up happy"

It is a pleasure for my husband to stay at Eden House. The manager, food and staff are excellent. My husband's room is very nice with a lovely view. I am looking forward to the summer when I can sit in the sun outside with my husband. My husband is happy here.

My wife was in Eden for 2 years. I now visit my friend who lives in Eden and I have been very impressed with the care on both occasions.

My father-in-law moved into the home 10 days ago now and I felt compelled to submit a review due to the fantastic unwavering care he has received since becoming a resident. His room is spacious and fitted out really well, even having been redecorated for his arrival. It had the potential to be a very traumatic move for him, but all of the staff have made him feel so at home, and showed fantastic care and support, he has transitioned extremely well. The food has been first rate, even having a romantic valentines night meal with his wife (a non resident), which meant the world to us seeing them so happy together. Overall experience could not have been any better. The overall fantastic experience has meant we feel at ease now when he's there rather than worrying and being anxious all the time. I would recommend this place too everyone, it's top notch.

The staff at Eden House definitely care and certainly make difference. They are both kind and caring in equal part with a general friendliness and cheerful disposition. My dad feels safe here, and that is crucial. Eden House has a reputation for being the best care home facility in the area and, from both mine and my father's experience it is easy to see why. First class, always.

Our whole family feel that mam is safe secure and happy in Eden House. All the staff are friendly caring and go out of their way to help in any situation. Home from home!

I cannot believe how well and quickly mum has settled into living here. It's just been over one month and she is telling how happy she is and that she loves it here! How fantastic that is to hear is unbelievable and so reassuring after making the hardest decision other future life. I can honestly say that the care and caring staff are wonderful and I can see how much they mean as a family to the residents.

All the staff at Eden House Care Home from Admin, Management, Carers, Cleaners and Kitchen Staff continue to provide top quality, kind and respectful care to my mum. I feel she is listened to as are we and my concerns always addressed in a timely manner. My mum is prone to falling and this is an ongoing concern, and one that is constantly being monitored, and looked at to try and minimise in conjunction with a Multidisciplinary Health Care Team.

My husband has been in Eden House for three months. In that time, I have gotten to know the staff very well. Everyone has been brilliant. My son and I know that we can phone anytime, day or night, nothing is any trouble and we are very happy with everything they do. I know that my husband is safe, which means such a lot, so thank you.

The staff at Eden House Care Home are very friendly and caring. In a perfect world, there would be one extra person to call in to check on residents, help with minor problems and reassure them.

Staff make this care home an amazing place for my mam to live. All of them are so caring and always friendly and extremely helpful. They make a fuss of the residents and are always so lovely to them all. It puts my mind at rest, ensuring my mam is well looked after 24/7 with the best care I could ask for.

I would highly recommend Eden House. I can't believe how well my godmother has settled in and how welcome she was made to feel from day one. She has dementia but didn't struggle with the transition to 24hr care like we expected, all of the staff have been fantastic, from the moment I contacted them to just ask for a look around the home. I instantly knew this was going to be the right place. All of the staff work so hard and no amount of thanks can show my appreciation for the reassurance I get knowing my godmother is safe and cared for by wonderful staff 24hrs a day.

I am very happy with the outstanding care at Eden House for my mother. Hygiene is very good and Mam is always kept clean and dressed by her carers. Her room and bathroom are kept exceptionally clean and Mam is settling in well since her diet has been addressed.

My mam came to Eden House for respite after being unwell and was well cared for by pleasant, helpful staff. After becoming very poorly again and a stay in hospital for two weeks she returned again. The staff have looked after her very well, there's always a cheery face to make her laugh and look after her needs. She has now become a permanent resident as she has been so well after the last few months, it was obvious that the kind, professional care she received was what she needed 24 hours a day.

This review states 'do not use names' but we wish to single out a Senior Carer for her kindness and professionalism and standard of work. She exemplifies the idea of residents being treated with dignity. Having a person of her calibre is very reassuring. All the standards asked about are Satisfactory to Excellent. However she is beyond excellent, she is exceptional.

My mother-in-law is treated with dignity and respect. The staff are kindness itself to her, nothing is too much trouble. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed, everywhere is clean and organised. The rooms are tastefully furnished and become the residents' little bit of home. My mother-in-law loves the food and is just so happy and well cared for. I would recommend to anyone.

My mum has just left Eden Care Home after being there since November 2021. In that time she has been treated extremely well and I have no complaints whatsoever. The only reason she is leaving is that she has been offered a flat near me and wants to see if at 82 she can live independently for a little longer before probably returning to the care home. The staff are very friendly and caring, the housekeepers, the room my mum had was lovely and the management team are very organised and professional. I would thoroughly recommend this care home and I'm fussy when it comes to my mum!

What a lovely caring professional home. Not only did they look after mam making her last two years so happy and safe but the staff treated us like family. They made sure we were supported and were there whenever we needed them.
