Well what a lovely Valentines day at Meadow Rose. The staff went all out to make our day so special. Meadow Rose, what can I say every effort is made to make it a home from home for the residents and we as visitors are made welcome. Every member of staff are so friendly. Thankyou to you all.

I just want to say since my nan (number 3) recently moved into your care, there has been nothing but the support and help she needs and even for us the family, there is always someone around if we ever need to ask a question or need help with something. The staff are so welcoming and so friendly from the first day I met you and every time I see you, you're all very friendly and caring. I can't thank you all enough for the care you give to our nan, we appreciate it so much!

Came for a family party and could tell the staff had taken thorough care when putting it all together. The room looked great and the staff were very hospitable dotting around and always doing something. Lovely visit, thank you I will be back for a Sunday dinner with my great aunt!

I am delighted with the welcome and care at Meadow Rose Nursing Home. It is quite evident that every member of staff knows they are part of a cohesive team and they are all pulling together. We have had experience of 3 other care and nursing homes within the family over the last decade and this one stands out for all the right reasons. Fantastic service, thank you so much.

Everyone Meadow Rose, management, carers, staff all go above and beyond to make the residents' lives as normal and happy as possible. They are like one big family, everywhere is always spotlessly clean, the food is great, and they have lovely entertainment and celebration days, even trips out on the train, shopping and for a meal. It's wonderful for the families to know their loved ones are so well cared for.

Have always found Meadow Rose to be an excellent well-run care home with very caring professional staff. The stimulation that's provided by the staff with various events which seem to happen daily, is second to none. This is the fourth care home that my relative has been in and by far the best. Others were rated good and quite frankly were poor. Meadow Rose was rated good when my sister arrived but compared to the others should be rated excellent. Lovely to have my sister in a permanent home of this standard.

Everyone at Meadow Rose has been friendly and welcoming, the level of care is excellent and the staff seem genuinely interested in residents and their well-being. The events programme is fantastic, the residents are well fed and I can't wait to try Christmas dinner. Questions are welcomed and I've never been made to feel a pain.

Very clean and tidy ever time I visit. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Have been visiting for only 9 months but have got to know most staff very well, they pop in for a chat with my friend and am on first name terms with most of them. Two weeks ago I sopped a leaking toilet seal in the room. I found the maintenance man who has been there since the home opened ten years ago. Told him the problem, within an hour it was replaced.

After only knowing Meadow Rose Nursing Home for 3 days, I have found the staff to be amazing. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Mom's food looks amazing and Mom loves it too. On arriving at Meadow Rose, the first person I see is one of the staff in particular. She has a very warm smile and personality, which makes me smile. She is very pleasant and helpful. Another staff member is an amazing helpful lady too. The boss man is a very pleasant/friendly man, always smiling. All staff are the friendliest people I've ever known. Thank you.

It was set to rain for part of the day but all seven wheelchairs, families, and carers set off at 10:30 in convoy. Happy the sun was shining. The station staff said only two wheelchairs on a train at one time, but we got there in two trips and one trip coming back. We saw the Brummie Bull took loads of photos, went shopping and visited a pub. It stayed dry and was a great day out. We got home at 17:40 just in time for tea. A lovely day out together.

We all went to Birmingham and had a lovely time and visited a pub for some food, the train journey was a lovely change.

We would like to thank all of the staff at Meadow Rose, especially the activities staff for organising a lovely anniversary party today. There are too many people to mention individually but a heartfelt thanks, we all enjoyed it, sunshine included and food and songs.

My brother moved to Meadow Rose Nursing Home in November, the care has been excellent from day one. All staff are so pleasant and helpful, can't do enough for their residents. I love the fact that they do all sorts of activities and we can see they enjoy it very much. It is a pleasure to visit and we enjoy the wonderful welcome we get.

I very much enjoyed my birthday party, it was my wish to have one, I got to see al my cousins and all my friends. The activities coordinator decorated the lounge lovely and booked in a singer for the. It was a wonderful day.

Father has only been at Meadow Rose for one month and I find all of the staff extremely pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Cleanliness is good, food is good. Overall extremely satisfied.
