View Full Details of Woodroffe Benton HouseHave not had many problems - my only concern is some of my friend's clothes seem to go missing - he wears items that are not his - clothes are kept clean by laundry. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Some days are not good for visiting. Soft menu food does not seem to vary - can be boring. My friend is happy there - it is hard to get to as I don't drive and am disabled myself - can only visit every other week. Covid regulations have been well maintained.
Excellent care staff, engaging residents in all activities. Made to feel very welcome on my great gran's 100th birthday. It was truly an amazing day. Thank you.
Came here for my wife's nan's 100th birthday. Fantastic experience, super staff, best care home I have ever visited. Couldn't fault anything.
The care provided is excellent, the most wonderful, amazing and caring staff from management to care staff. We visited for my grandmother's 100th birthday, all my grandmother's family have been made so welcome, they have made a special day wonderful. I will never forget the kindness shown today, wonderful memories. Thank you.
Ifield Park Care Home (Woodroffe Benton House) have supported, reassured and cared for my mother over the last two years. The frightening transition of losing her memory has been kindly supported. The Covid-19 experience facilitated visiting when possible and recognised the benefit of familial social interaction to individuals with memory impairment. The staff are kind, caring and positive in their behaviour. I have been very impressed with their care of my mother.
Mum has only been at the care home for a few months and what a massive difference already. The staff are friendly and it really feels like a family environment. Staff communication is great. We as a family are happy with the service provided.
I would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the excellent care shown to our mum during the time she was at Ifield Park in Woodrolfe Benton House. This was of particular note in her end of life care where her increasing needs were attended to with the upmost kindness and compassion. As a family, we too felt looked after and supported. We send a huge thank you to all the staff who have helped our mum over the last 2 years.
I was quite worried about finding the right care home for my mother, but I needn’t have been. My mother is very happy there and well cared for, which is the important thing. She always says how good the food is. The staff work very hard and are very friendly and welcoming.
My mother was unwell and I received a call from the staff to advise me of Mum being poorly. I went straight to the home and they were so helpful and caring for both Mum and myself, nothing was too much trouble. They were all so helpful, it put my mind at ease to know that my mum was being so well looked after and notifying me at all times they were amazing. Thank you to all.
