View Full Details of Cloverleaf Nursing HomeI witness virtually daily, the dedication and hard work staff contribute to a wide range of needs at all levels of care and comfort. I extend my thanks to all! In addition I include members of staff involved in preparing and delivering occupational activities and entertainment. A recent example is the St. Valentines afternoon tea which I was able to attend with my wife! Excellent!
I attended Valentine's afternoon tea with my mother, a resident at Clover leaf. The 'cafe' room was well decorated in a valentine's theme and delicious cakes sandwiches cut in a heart shape and jam + cream scones were served. The staff were wonderful, particularly one member of staff who put a huge amount of effort in to the event. In addition a personalised gift was given to me hand made by my mum which was a lovely touch. Thank you.
Our father has recently joined Cloverleaf Nursing Home and is thoroughly enjoying himself, particularly the opportunity to join in with daily activities! The whole team is wonderful and caring. All areas of the home are spotlessly clean. One thing we appreciate as a family is how welcome we are made by everyone in the home. Thank you.
The staff and the management are all friendly, positive and helpful. They are supportive of the residents and treat them all with understanding and dignity. The catering is also excellent, with a choice of dishes, that are all cooked on the premises. My only criticism would be that residents' requests are sometimes not communicated well between the carers. For example, a request to have a bath is not always passed on to the next shift. In summary, I would highly recommend Cloverleaf Nursing Home.
Cloverleaf Nursing Home have been caring for my dad for the last ten months. He seems to be relaxed and comfortable in his new environment which is a credit to the team. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
The atmosphere of the home is a home from home feel. The staff are friendly, caring, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. The activities that are available are amazing and tailored to everyone's needs. Family and friends are welcome at anytime and made to feel welcomed and included. We can not recommend the home enough. Huge thank you to you all for everything you do.
The activity's team are fabulous, the manager and the team are always encouraging residents to be involved in activities and put on some fantastic events for families and friends to attend. They are all a credit to Cloverleaf.
We had a lovely afternoon and a doggy play-date with certificates and special doggy ice-cream than a contest! The staff created a relaxed atmosphere giving each dog a moment to shine and plenty of time for residents (and their families) to meet and interact with the dogs. It was smiles and tail wags all round, a very special occasion. Thank you.
Had a lovely afternoon with the staff, residents and friends competing in races and enjoying a BBQ afterwards. The staff made the event fun, and it was great to meet other families. My mum enjoyed watching the action and being part of it all. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Thanks to the ladies for organising and hosting the successful event.
The whole family are very happy with the care provided to Mum at Cloverleaf. Over the time that she has been a resident her care needs have changed but all the staff have been kind, caring and very responsive to her needs. What is especially lovely is that all the family feel welcome and supported during this difficult time.
My Mum moved into Cloverleaf last week. This was a very difficult time but all the staff have been extremely helpful and kind to Mum and me as her family. They always try to accommodate Mum's personal wishes, dietary needs, and individual needs. They are welcoming and interested in the needs and experiences of myself and other visitors - as well as Mum's. This is a lovely place, with lovely people.
As can be seen from the tick box below we are very pleased with Cloverleaf Care Home. My Mother-in-law is very happy and settled here and that is enough for me, but we too are made welcome here and my wife and I enjoy our visits. The staff are more like friends and we have become friends with many of my Mother-in-law's co-residents, taking part in many events with them. It is expensive but worth the money.
On the whole, Mum received excellent care from all staff. On occasion Mum finds the breakfast cereal choices limited, and the same sandwich choices are offered daily. A little more variety would be appreciated. Having been a resident for some years now, Mum appreciates the relationships built with and knows the knowledge of her condition gained by some of the longer-serving carers.
Lovely home, all staff seem lovely and very attentive to both residents and visitors.
Really lovely home. Lots of entertainment and activities. Clean and nice environment. The staff are friendly and caring. Housekeeping is very efficient. Food looks good too. Visitors to see residents are welcome.
Whenever I visit the care home I am met with friendliness and made to feel welcome. All the staff go out of their way to help with anything and my mum has settled into the home with ease. It is like she has another family now which she is very much part of. She is taking part in many of the activities and she is now much better than she was when she moved into the home last September. The staff are all very involved with finding many activities and entertainment for the residents and genuinely care for them all.
The care and support my mum receives are excellent, whilst mood swings can be a challenge at times, especially when I go on holiday, the staff remains patient, respectful, and caring, and there is always a smile from a staff member and I get reassurance if I’ve had a tough visit. The food is plentiful and really good quality and can be eaten in the restaurant or the individual’s room. You can’t beat a bit of bingo in an afternoon and I know this is well received, also the events (Christmas, summer fairs), entertainment (singers, dancers, crafts), and exercises to keep the residents engaged are varied and great. Nothing is too much trouble for the entertainment team, who are always looking for new ideas and include families all of the time. Mum has been a resident for over 3 years and to know she is safe, secure, and well cared for gives me such peace of mind.
All round a great home with excellent staff who look out for the needs of individuals. The facilities are great and there is a great range of activities which are well publicized to families. Pleased.
My step-grandmother was at Cloverleaf for around 2 years. I can confidently say that she received the best possible care from an amazing group of people. Not just for her, but also for my grandad who visited her every single day. The staff always seem to have something planned, whether it’s music and dancing classes, arts and crafts or even a dog show, they are always making a positive experience for the residents and the families. The staff at Cloverleaf went above and beyond to welcome my grandad each day, offered an ear for him to talk endlessly to, a shoulder to cry on and non-stop support (along with a cup of tea!) We can not thank you enough.
It was Grandma's birthday on 18th February and we came in as a family for a tea party at grandma's request. It was lovely with many of Grandma's friends/fellow residents all coming down to the lounge to join in with tea and cake and singing of Happy Birthday! All staff were lovely as always when I visited, the activities coordinator always puts so much effort into the activities with the residents and has organised so many residents and family events over the past year or so which is always nice to join in with. There is a real homely and community feel to the home.
