As my Mum has only been in Figbury Lodge a few days, this is my first impression. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean throughout. The lovely large, bright room with on suite wet room makes my mum's mobility issues so much easier. The gorgeous enclosed grounds are a bonus for the residents.

All staff are brilliant here no faults whatsoever. Staff very helpful nothing is too much trouble nothing is to much trouble the care my mum gets is excellent the staff are very friendly caring and look after mum

Such a lovely care home, very clean and modern. The staff are amazing and always happy to answer questions. There is a hairdresser here on Tuesdays and chiropodist on Thursdays once a fortnight lots of activities going on and a car park outside the home.

My father has been in Figbury Lodge for almost a month now. I am very pleased with the way dad is looked after; he seems happy and contented, and most of all, he is in a safe environment with great staff and a happy atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff who care for my dad. A huge pat on the back to you all.

On the whole, we are satisfied with the service. My husband is a difficult resident mainly to due his frustration due to lack of mobility. We had had a number of issues, but now mainly been resolved.

We could not ask for a better care home for my mother during her last few months. All the staff, without exception, were not only caring but also polite, helpful and accommodating. The transition from hospital to care home and onward to the funeral directors was seamless and carried out with respect and dignity. We would thoroughly recommend Figbury lodge.

Sadly my husband wasn't at Figbury Lodge for very long as he passed away in May, but for the few months he was there he was treated with dignity and respect and given the very best care. On my husband's passing, I felt I was supported by the whole team at such a sad time. I go back and visit now and again and always feel welcome. Thank you to everyone.

My mum was admitted as a resident at Figbury Lodge to enable my husband and I some respite whilst taking a break. I cannot thank Figbury Lodge enough for the care my mum received during this period. The staff I feel went over and above to ensure mum's anxiety about being placed here (or any home) was negated by their care, respect, and humility. Mum's last words whilst saying goodbye to the other residents were "see you again". I think this says and speaks for itself of both her and our experience.

Some of the staff really cared, while others I felt were just doing a job. When my mum didn't eat I fed her, which is what a staff member could do as I can't visit very often. The rooms are lovely. I had to wash her drinking glass as it was dirty and she had the same one for several days.

My dad has only been here for a few weeks and I feel very happy with his care. The carers are lovely and friendly.

During the evening meal get-together, everyone was really friendly and made my nan smile and laugh. The carers seem to really get to know who they are looking after and make them feel at home.

My husband came here in April and I have found that all the staff are very friendly towards him and me. He cannot talk very well and they are very patient in trying to understand what he is saying.

My father-in-law has been at Figbury for nearly 2 years. He is so happy here and well cared for. They treat all the residents as individuals, with dignity and respect. I could not wish for a better home.

Grandmother has been at Figbury for over a year and it’s well looked after by the staff. The facility are very good. Always clean and tidy. Would totally recommend this home to anyone who has a family member in need.

My Dad has been a resident at this care home for almost a year and a half. He is happy, safe, and well cared for here, and is a very lovely environment to be in and visit. We very much enjoy attending the excellent activity sessions held by the activities coordinator who is exceptional at her job - she is a gem to this care home. I have even been happy to bring along my children and our pets (dog, hamster, tortoise) to this home where I feel they are happy to see their Grandad being well cared for and enjoying being with the other residents. The only negative thing is that sometimes there is never enough care staff to meet the needs of the residents.

On entering the care home the staff greet you with a friendly and welcoming smile. The home is very clean and tidy. The residents are well looked after. The resident I go to see has a lovely room the staff are always patient and very caring and nothing is too much trouble when you ask for any information. I have visited during an activities session and they all appear to be enjoying themselves doing the activities with the staff.

This is only my second visit, therefore some boxes to cross are not applicable. I have been impressed so far, good cleanliness, warm and friendly staff. Excellent curry evening. Nice atmosphere, rooms good, wet room excellent, ample parking, security excellent.

Since my husband has been at Figbury Lodge, the staff and carers have looked after him so well. I know on days when my husband wears a specific shirt who the carer is ! My husband loves his music and when he goes to activities, it brings out the best in him. I do see, first-hand, what staff and carers do as I am there quite a lot. My husband and myself can't thank you all enough for your kindness and support! Only one small wish and that's a minibus to take a few residents out for an outing. I know this can be difficult and understand fully expensive.

We came to visit out friend on the curry night and we had a lovely time. Everyone was really friendly and the food was fantastic. We were very impressed with how nice the activity room was and everywhere was so clean! We were shown our friend's room and it was homely and comfy looking. All in all, we had a great time.
