View Full Details of Jubilee HouseMy friend has been staying at Jubilee since around September. She transitioned into the service slowly. The staff at Jubilee managed so well with her especially when she became really poorly, they went above and beyond. The manager at Jubilee organised for her to have some respite at GoldHill and this did her the world of good! The manager at GoldHill gave brilliant care for her and was such a big help with getting her back on her feet. She has since moved back down to Jubilee and is doing ever so well! I honestly cant thank the teams enough for working together to make her life that bit better! The staff is so lovely and has done so much to help
I've been here since February 2024. It's the 1st time I've ever been in this situation. The staff here are very friendly helpful and caring. The manager goes above and beyond and the staff works well on your one-to-ones. The place is very nice and clean and your flat is lovely and big. Jubilee House manager and staff should be proud of their achievements. Thank you all and may you carry on working with me to achieve my goals and happiness.
I like the freedom to do as I please. I like all the other clients here and I like all the staff and how much they help me to do things outside my comfort zone and achieve my goals. Staff always treat me well no matter what happens. A member of staff has helped me massively to become more independent and join in with the house activities.
I am a close friend of one of the clients at Jubilee House. I recently visited my friend, and I could not believe the difference in him. His appearance and overall health/mental health have improved drastically since his time in the service. I met some of the staff on my visit, and they were very friendly and approachable. The house was immaculately clean, and the size and quality of his flat were amazing. I cannot thank Jubilee enough for the help and support that they have given my friend.
I want to say thank you to all the staff and managers who have supported my friend whilst he was living there, who has just recently moved back to Crich, the staff are amazing and the managers are lovely as well. I wish that I could come and live here! It is a lovely building and has got nice rooms as well, it is a lovely place.
I’ve been living at Jubilee House since July 2022 and over the 11 months I’ve been here I’ve made much progress in my recovery thanks to the incredible support workers, and manager of Jubilee. I’ve always felt respected and heard while living at Jubilee, it’s a great placement if you need to strengthen your recovery pathway and to help develop coping mechanisms and daily living skills to prepare for independence.
Jubilee House is a new service, and I would put 5-stars; however, things are still being sorted and set up. The care I receive is second to none, and we have some great staff. The support I receive has helped me settle in and progress throughout my stay. Having been under the group in different care settings, I have to say Jubilee is one of the best services I have been in.
I find that Jubilee is a nice place to live in. The staff help me to remain on track for my goals and help me to excel above them as well. I like to chat with staff as they make me feel listened to. I feel that I am encouraged to try new things that I may enjoy. I feel the staff team are compassionate and caring. I am happy where I am.
I have always had an excellent experience during my time here. I've lived within the group since 2016 and have progressed with the support of the staff within the service. I've had no issues whilst being at the service. Jubilee House is in a beautiful place which is quiet and private. I like how the residential site is at the front, and I feel that I'm living my full potential at the moment.
I have been living with the group for four years and have found that since moving to Jubilee, I've started to become more confident in my ability. I find that my flat is big enough, it's very peaceful here. I find that the staff have been really good at meeting my needs and supporting me to be able to do things that I want to do so I can achieve goals.
