I can't thank the staff at Signature enough for the exceptional care and quality of life they provide for my Mum and Dad who are both in advanced stages of dementia. Without any exaggeration, I honestly believe the loving care they receive, the relationships they've built and the exceptional daily experiences they provide, have not only kept my parents alive but provided a richness to their days which once seemed impossible to imagine, under the circumstances of their illness. We are (and will always be) incredibly grateful to the team at Signature, you are nothing short of incredible. Kind regards,

Both of my parents are now resident at Signature, my mum has been with them almost two years, my father 6 months; sadly both have dementia but require a different approach to their care. I cannot praise the management or care teams enough. The management team are efficient, visible and empathetic. The care team are fantastic with the residents; putting your loved ones into the hands of someone else is extremely difficult and takes a great deal of trust and I am forever grateful that I am able to leave after every visit knowing my parents are so well cared for. The patience and kindness shown to the residents by the care staff is second to none and the activities team work tirelessly to ensure there is plenty to do for those who wish to join in the fun. The facilities are excellent and always clean thanks to the work of the housekeeping and catering staff. This home is second to none!

Mum is so much happier in this care home than the last one. The staff are fantastic and very caring of her and we as a family, are delighted that Mum is finally settled. Two staff members in particular deserve a special mention, but all the staff are great.

I recently visited a family member in Signature Farnham Common and couldn't have been more blown away by the place. From the care offered to the staff, it's amazing. A warm and welcoming environment throughout the home. The cleanliness is to such a high standard and the smell throughout the home is just wonderful.

I have recently visited a family member in Signature Farnham Common and I can not express how happy he is there. It's so nice to see him surrounded by staff who genuinely care for his well-being. He has built many caring relationships within the home with other residents and it's so nice to see, it has a real family-like atmosphere. The facilities are amazing offering him plenty to get up to in a day. Thank you for genuinely caring for my loved one.

Beautiful home with amazing care team, you are always welcomed with a smile and it's lovely to see my grandma making friends and enjoying life again. We looked at many homes in the area and from the moment we walked in, we knew this was going to be the best one for her.

Entrusting a care home for my great-grandmother was a big decision for us as a family, we all wanted the best for her. I am so pleased to see Signature at Farnham Common has become a place of comfort, safety and joy for Granny. The team are all kind and caring, the environment is always so clean and welcoming and makes visiting Granny a pleasure.

My mother-in-law has been at Signature Farnham Common for nearly a year now. I can say that we are so pleased with how they are helping us to look after her. The staff are splendid, from the receptionist to the nurse team and managers. When we have identified any concerns they have been remedied immediately.

The place looks and feels much more like a high quality hotel than a care home. I couldn't wish for nicer surroundings for my mother. All of the staff (including front desk & waitresses) plus the residents are extremely kind and friendly and the level of care has so far exceeded my expectations. Everyone seems to go the extra mile. The assessment process was quick and painless, as was moving in and they have immediately taken over all medications and registration with the local GP In particular the Client Liaison Manager and a particular lady from the nursing staff are incredibly supportive and caring. The combination of the premises itself and the welcoming staff make it a very nice place for my mother to live and for family and friends to visit. Most importantly my mum couldn't be happier.

My father has been a resident since March 2024. During that time he has had several spells in hospital. He thoroughly enjoys being a president. His room is clean, tidy and well-equipped. He takes part in organised activities and enjoys the facilities on the ground floor. The food is excellent and the menu is well-varied. The level of care he receives is excellent and he has a good rapport with carers, staff and management. One negative, it can sometimes take too long for carers to attend to my dad once he activates his alarm.

When paying the high cost of a luxury care home, you expect near-perfection. Things go wrong, of course, but you expect them to be sorted out efficiently when identified. In my experience, this is not always the case, but happily, at Signature at Farnham Common, it is. The management team is fantastic, the carers are worthy of the name, and every member of staff, without exception, is friendly and goes out of their way to make the residents and families happy. They dealt quietly and calmly with all Mum's needs, leaving us without worry. If they had suites, rather than studios, Mum would have moved in sooner. But her 5 months there were very happy, and she put on some much-needed weight due to the great food, not to mention her daily glass of wine! In the end, the staff respected her wishes not to go to hospital and made sure she was comfortable, pain-free, and surrounded with love. They looked after us so well too and made an emotional and difficult time as easy as possible.

Our family has seen the change in Mum since she joined Signature. Incredible care, food and facilities. She is always involved in one of the many activities. Fantastic.

Since living in Signature my Mum has had a new lease of life and has thoroughly engaged in the fabulous activities the staff put on. The care is more than we could imagine, absolutely first class. Thank you to everyone!

I've been visiting a friend at Signature since last August and can honestly say I have found every member of staff most pleasant and helpful. I have only seen my friend's room which is small but nice so I don't feel I can give an honest opinion of rooms. The same is true of food, I've never tasted any so cannot give an honest opinion. I don't know how much it is so have not rated value for money. I love the reception area and the fact that there is a cinema and a pub. It is the best care home I have ever seen.

Amazing care home. Our family had the privilege of helping my uncle celebrate his 100th birthday yesterday! With a jazz tribute! Just want to say a huge thank you to all the amazing staff you can feel the love and warmth they have in making this place truly fabulous! Thank you so much.

I can’t express how amazing Signature Farnham Common is. It’s a wonderful environment. So much to do if you want to join in. The food is excellent. The staff are superb, my dad has been given so much love and care. I have to say the staff were a pleasure to deal with. One in particular is fantastic. I feel for the first time in 16 months I can relax. Dad is doing so well. My dad was a little confused when he went in and said this is the best hotel I’ve ever been to! It really does feel like that.

All the staff from reception, cleaners, carers and chefs are super friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are superb - a real home-from-home with wonderful facilities. My mum is so well cared for that I don't have to worry about her but just enjoy seeing her every day. We can sit in the lovely lounge, garden cafe or bar alone or share time with other residents and carers. I highly recommend it.

As a son-in-law of longstanding I have been closely involved in my wife's care of her elderly mother. In moving her mother from home care, to the high-order care provided by Signature at Farnham Common, has provided ease of mind for her. She knows that whatever the path going forward, her mother is in extremely professional and caring hands. This not only provides relief to her but to the whole of her family who care greatly for their grandmother and great-grandmother.

It has been a true delight to work with all the staff at Signature at Farnham Common. The transition of my 96-year-old mother, from home care to the professional care provided by Farnham Common, has been brilliant. The overall facilities, attitude, and friendliness of all involved has given me comfort that my mother has the very best care at this late stage of her life. I cannot express sufficient thanks.

I do not normally write reviews. However, I needed to let the people at Signature at Farnham Common know how very grateful I am that they are there and my mother is well cared for. In March 2023 when my mother first walked in she said 'wow'. That sums up my experience everyday at Signature. From the lovely staff in every department, I hesitate to name the departments for fear of missing one out, everyone has been unfailingly kind and generous with their time and energy with regards to my mother and me. Hospitality - top notch. Facilities - top notch. Activities - amazing. Carers - I don’t know how they do what they do. Some are better than others of course, but they all work incredibly hard and incredibly long hours to make each day count for all of the residents. I am most grateful for their engagement with my mother. We are lucky to have found Signature at Farnham Common. It’s a beautiful place, but the people make it. Thank you.
