Since September, my uncle has been resident at Montagu Hall Care Home. The care and attention he has received in the time he has been there has been magnificent. He was not in a good place when he went in but he is now so much improved, which is all down to the skill and care from the staff that he has received. Thanks for all the wonderful work.

My father felt very well care for. All staff are caring, happy and friendly. He was treated with dignity. Nice rooms, loved the 3/4 double bed. I felt my father was safe at all times. There is a fantastic selection of activities for residents. The staff put my worries and concerns at bay. I felt I mattered too. The touches such as having a glass of wine with lunch were fantastic. My dad won't be going anywhere else for respite.

During every visit, all the management and staff make time to interact with me. They are very friendly, clearly well-trained and my mother is treated sensitively and professionally. The atmosphere throughout the care home is calm and very designed. Food is excellent externally, the grounds are well tended and there is plenty of parking. Overall, I could not ask for more.

We visited a number of care homes in the area and found that Montague Hall care home stood above the rest by a long way. Mum went on several occasions for respite care and looked forward to going back. She said it was like going on holiday. The staff show how much they care for the clients time and time again. They made such a fuss of Mum on her 90th Birthday. Mum moved in on a full-time basis and is so pleased. Highly recommend, please go and have a look for yourself.

From start to finish- good. Everyone attentive, helpful and courteous, no problem too much. The staff were caring, compassionate and warm dealing with everything efficiently and friendly.

My mum has been here a few weeks and the service has been outstanding. All staff cater for Mum's needs and us as a family. Anything I ask staff, help and go beyond. I cannot fault anything. 5 stars.

My stepmother has been a resident for the last 3 months and has settled in very well and we as a family are happy that she is safe, well cared for and content in her surroundings. The staff are always popping in when I visit. Offer drinks and chat to her. She always comments on how nice the staff are and she enjoys the food. We can see that she is thriving at Montagu Hall. She now has started to join in the activities with other residents and the social media photos are good.

My relative transferred to Montagu Hall from a previous care home. The care she has received from this care home is second to none. The home is beautiful, comfortable and well-maintained. All the staff are kind caring and readily accessible. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere in the home with lots of interaction between staff and residents. Visitors are welcomed in a warm friendly manner. Rooms are excellent, bright and comfy. Menu superb. Highly recommend this care home. I feel very confident leaving my relative in the care of Montagu Hall. Thank you to everyone involved in my relative's care. Call in and have a cuppa and look around. You won't be disappointed.

The Staff are all friendly and helpful. The home is always very clean. My relative is happy and well looked after. The room is well equipped with a nice view of the garden. I like the photos and updates of activities on social media.

Montagu Hall is a fabulous home, I have seen a marked improvement in my mother's mood since she moved in. The staff are warm and attentive with great attention to detail. She has a lovely comfortable room and we feel confident in knowing that Mum is well cared for.

The standard of care at Montagu Hall is truly exceptional and the place itself is wonderfully comfortable and beautifully appointed. The team are friendly and welcoming and has taken extremely good care of Mum. Could not recommend more highly.

I visit my elderly best friend although she may not remember me visiting, I very much enjoy visiting. Always made very welcome by staff (office, reception and carers). I would be happy to recommend anyone looking for a care home. It's never easy looking, for someone you love and care about. I also enjoy talking to other residents.

For the last three weeks I have spent many happy hours visiting Montagu Hall, each resident contributes to the warm homely environment and it has been a joy to see their individual needs met by such a professional diligent and enthusiastic team. Attention to the smallest detail makes this care home stand proud and tall amongst others, and I credit the manager for promoting this strong work ethic. I prioritise care firstly but it is also noted that the decor is just luxurious unlike any other care home I have visited and offers cosy communal space for residents and visitors to enjoy. Fluid and food intake for every resident is electronically monitored and recorded as is all personal care, this enables staff to see daily patterns of behaviour emerge whilst ensuring the individual needs of every resident are met. I would like to thank the manager and her team for their hard work and continued dedication I strongly recommend Montagu Hall Care Home.

My experience of Montagu Hall Danforth's care is exceptional! The staff at Montagu Hall really do care which I see evidence of on a daily basis. The accommodation is top class, the meals are cooked fresh on a daily basis by a very good chef and everything is clean and spotless. The senior management are very supportive and are always there when needed. As care homes go this is probably as good as it gets. I would recommend Montagu Hall to anyone who's interested in a highly caring environment that really does look after its residents.

My mum has been a resident of Montagu Hall for a few weeks now, and I visit very regularly at different times of the day. There is always such a lovely calm, happy and welcoming feeling whenever I visit. Everywhere is always spotless. Her room is very comfortable, bright and well equipped, whilst still being homely, it has a fabulous en suite shower room, everything just perfect for her needs. Staff check in with her regularly if she is in her room resting. If she is in the lounge there always seems to be a member of staff present. The absolute strength of the home most definitely is the staff, they are all attentive, respectful, kind and caring, mum reports how very well she is looked after and how much she values their time and commitment to her wellbeing. I am always welcomed and have found all the staff I have met to be friendly, approachable and eager to do anything to help. I feel totally confident that my mum is happy and receiving the very best care.

This care home is second to none. Everything about it is excellent and I feel relaxed and at ease, trusting my relative will be cared for exceptionally well and just like she deserves.

My mother's care since entering Montagu Hall has been second to none. The staff are attentive, respectful, caring and can't do enough for residents. I have been witness to this daily with all residents in communal areas. She is encouraged to join in without being made to feel pressured to enjoy the activities. She is thriving and has been given a new lease of life. Thank you to all the management and staff.

My family member has been staying at Montagu Hall residential care home for almost three months. The accommodation is fantastic five stars and spotlessly clean. All the staff wonderful, helpful, and so willing to help. It is a warm and friendly environment, home from home. My family member feels safe and secure and loves all the staff. We have quality visits and peace of mind, knowing she's in the best care home. With outstanding staff full marks to everyone. Thank you all.

When I visit my friend in the care home, she always comments how kind and caring everybody is. The home itself is immaculate, but very homely. The staff are very professional but kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble for them, be it from the handyman to the manager. It is nice to see my friend happy, cared for and relating to the care home as her home.

The home is well-designed and presented. Staff are welcoming, helpful and professional. The care provided ensures the resident is assured of a safe caring environment promoting dignity and independence. The quality of food is the absolute high point of the experience. Following a successful respite stay we have arranged for return visits later this year.

My father felt very well care for. All staff are caring, happy and friendly. He was treated with dignity. Nice rooms, loved the 3/4 double bed. I felt my father was safe at all times. The Staff are all friendly and helpful. The home is always very clean. My relative is happy and well looked after. The room is well equipped with a nice view of the garden. I like the photos and updates of activities on social media.

Montagu Hall is a fabulous home, I have seen a marked improvement in my mother's mood since she moved in. The staff are warm and attentive with great attention to detail. She has a lovely comfortable room and we feel confident in knowing that Mum is well cared for.

The care provided ensures the resident is assured of a safe caring environment promoting dignity and independence. The quality of food is the absolute high point of the experience. Following a successful respite stay we have arranged for return visits later this year.
