Ashton Meadows is the most beautiful care home with the loveliest staff. The home is brand new, very clean and peaceful with a cinema and a hair salon. The staff really care for my Mum and I never worry about her being in this care home with the excellent activities, the food and the general ambience. I would highly highly recommend it.

The care home is newly build and it is completed to a very high standard. It is spacious, clean, bright and all of the staff there are very friendly. They treat the residents there like their own family with kindness and warmth. All of the staff are always smiling and enjoying working there. My mum is very happy there!

The staff at the care home are very good and caring. They look after me well. I enjoy the food in the care home and they cater for my needs. I can only praise the care home for all the care they offer.

Ashton Meadows is clean, modern and comfortable, and staff are utterly charming and very caring - my parents could not speak too highly of them. Management processes seem mildly chaotic - perhaps because the home has not been open long - but managers are friendly and willing to engage constructively when there are issues. So it is all the more puzzling that the quality and quantity of the food provided is so inappropriate for people who are recovering from operations or illness. I understand this issue has been raised with the management in the past, but that after a brief improvement, standards lapsed again. Good nutrition is vital for people who are recovering from illness, particularly for older people. It is disappointing that this aspect of care seems to be neglected. The home received a very large number of 5 star reviews on another well known review platform before it even opened - curious to understand who posted these and why.

I found Ashton Meadows the perfect place for my husband. The staff are understanding, compassionate and treat each resident as individuals, learning about the things that interest them most and pursuing these to make their stay as pleasurable as they can. Help residents if they have a difficult day by distracting their attention to positive thoughts.

Stay was limited to 2 weeks following spinal surgery. Everything provided by Ashton Meadows was deserving of the highest praise. The only minor criticism I would offer concerns the food provision which has been brought to the attention of the management and from immediate action, an improvement noted.

The home is extremely clean. The staff are extremely helpful. They can't do enough for you. They are very attentive to the needs of my wife, and other residents. If there is a problem they always tell you immediately and keep you up-to-date with anything that is of importance to your relative. The senior management are also very helpful and assist you should you require any further information.

The staff and management have been exceptional. My mother didn't want to be 'shoved' in a home. She agreed to visit to see what she thought and one look at the home and time spent with the staff changed her mind completely. I want to thank that manager for being able to respond so quickly with the request for Mum to move in. I have no doubt it has saved her life. She is so happy now and her health has improved considerably with the attentive care and social contact she has received.

The staff have been very understanding and supportive of my mum's needs. The staff are very kind and helpful and communicate well with residents' relatives when in need. Very clean environment and also very safe. Nice space for residents.
