After leaving Tameside hospital my mother was taken to Acer Mews care home approximately 5 weeks ago she was not very well The treatment and care my mother has received from all the staff has been second to none The staff really care for the patients

My friend has nothing but praise for Acer Mews. From the care he receives to the food. He has not been outside for years and now gets out in the garden regularly. He can also now get to the other rooms.

During the time my relative has been in the home, he has not received quality care delivered with compassion and dignity. The specialist care required and the care plan from the local authority have not been followed and further interventions have been required as a direct result of Acer Mews. A formal complaint has been made to the CQC which is currently investigating. This home has only been open since March 2024.
