Great respite bare.

Very impressed with the beautiful premises and rooms. The staff were more than attentive and caring. Food selection was good and looked nice. We as a family felt my husband could not have been in any better hands. I did not have to worry about him. I was more than comfortable leaving him there. However as far as my husband is concerned we were disappointed he had to be moved from ground to first floor.

My mum came to Brampton View for rest bite after a fall at home, unfortunately she was unable to go back home without full care , she is now a full time resident. Mum has settled into the home really well and is very happy and content. The staff are lovely, right from the reception, admin and the care team, we really can't fault them in anyway. The home is very welcoming, lots going on if you choose to get involved . Highly recommend Brampton View.

All staff were very welcoming when we arrived, since then all have been always helpful and nothing seems to much trouble.

Since the new management team arrived approximately twelve/fifteen months ago, there have been major improvements in both the management and care parts of the home. The standards of care given to my wife are much improved (more friendly, standards of care are better) due to better experience carers. Thank you.

My wife, ages 87, has postural hypertension and unspecified dementia. The combination makes her difficult to care for because her mental condition causes her to deny the limitations of her physical problems - e.g a tendency to fall. I have been impressed by the skill, care and sympathy with which the Barchester Brampton View Care Home staff have looked after her. There is genuine warmth and friendliness in their treatment of all residents.

Well, this is an amazing place. I am really looked after because it's a big thing, leaving your home. All the family are wonderful and my new room is delightful.

My nan has settled very well in Barchester Brampton View Care Home. The staff are wonderful and my nan is well looked after. The management is amazing and very welcoming. The rooms are clean all residents look very happy and looked after.

After my operation, the staff were very supportive of me and have take good care of me. So much so, I was able to make big improvements. I am now ready to go home thanks to the care home and the staff.

Our friend was taken to this home as an emergency admission recently and has received wonderful care and kindness ever since. The staff are excellent, all of them, from the manager downwards, and we could not have wished for more. Our friend is frail and nearing the end of her life and this is a lovely place for her to be. She is in a lovely room and well looked after. We could not have found a better home for her in her final days and we are very grateful to all the staff.

Excellent, Mum was very happy in the home and intends to stay again for respite later in the year. Very friendly, helpful staff. Mum also enjoyed the food menus.

I have been here nearly two years. Kindness and care have been wonderful and care. 94 years old in October and to have such an end of life in such and atmosphere is great. Thank you Barchester Brampton View Care Home.

My husband came into the home for respite last year and has now spent two weeks here this year. I am very happy with his care and hopefully, he will come again.

My parents have been residents at Barchester Brampton View Care Home for over two years. Dad passed away on 1st June 2024 and the care he received from the staff in his last few months was excellent.

The accommodation is very good and kept very clean. The room has doors leading to a patio and adjacent garden. Medical attention, including liaison with external agencies is very good with with the relevant staff members maintaining regular communication as necessary. We feel that she is being very well cared for.

From my first interaction with Barchester Brampton View Care Home, I have always been treated with respect and been involved in all conversations pertaining to my relative. Staff are caring, treating each person as an individual. The management team is supportive and ready to listen. I am confident my relative is well looked after and cared for by the whole team at Brampton View. Support and care is also extended to the wider family. A lovely home with a warm welcome.
