I am a parent of a male with complex needs and the staff at Little Wakering are so supportive and nothing is too much for them. My son is happy and looked after to a high standard. The manager is an amazing man and you could not ask for a better home for a loved one.

Our daughter has lived at Little Wakering House for a number of years and is very happy there. We find the staff and management to be very friendly and caring. We always feel very welcome when we visit and we feel that the clients are treated with care and dignity. The home is very clean and the food appears very healthy and the clients are kept safe and secure.

During this pandemic, we have been unable to visit our brother however the care and attention given to my brother has been second to none. The staff at the home are so caring, kind and generous with their time always making sure that the needs of the residents are met. There is always something happening and they are all stimulated and kept amused. The home is always very clean and tidy The management team are excellent and ensuring that we still are able to visit in the garden, at windows and are always communicating what is happening with the pandemic. I would recommend this care home to anyone looking Keep up the amazing work Little Wakering House

Little Wakering House is run excellently. The manager and staff are truly caring. Our son and the other residents are happy and well stimulated. This year has been so very difficult but the care has been amazing with crafts, music, dancing, exercises, movie nights and lots of fun, they are all very busy enjoying their days. Little Wakering House is truly a cosy home with great support.

My son lives in Little Wakering House. I am happy because he is also happy. Obviously at this unusual time with Covid 19 it is impossible to visit him. I think there should be a safe way of visiting him ie parents (visitors) being tested and then wearing the PPE as do the staff. Staff go home after their shift and meet with their families, go to the supermarket etc and then go back to the home the following day!

Little Wakering House is a happy place. The staff go above and beyond to care for the residents. It is well equipped, clean and we are always made to feel welcome when we visit. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

An outstanding care home and with a fantastic management team. You can tell there is a true dedication and care to all of its services uses from every member of staff. Cannot recommend this care home anymore. The true meaning of care.

The care here is outstanding. The staff cannot do enough to help the residents. The manager is amazing and his love for his job really shines through. I couldn't wish for my family member to be anywhere better. Thanks so much to the team.

I have a relative there and was so worried about them going into care but the care is outstanding and I have no worries at all. Feel completely at ease. Excellent management and excellent staff. I would highly recommend!

My son has been in the care of Wakering House for around four years. He is content with the treatment and the way he is being looked after. I have visited the house almost every year and am pleased with the way the house operates. Residents there feel safe and happy. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility to those in need. As time goes by his care is getting more demanding. I am sure the house will cope with this extra demand.

I do not visit the home that much but my daughter is always eager to get back to the home after her visits with me and seems very happy with the home and staff. She seems genuinely happy with the activities and staff.

All staff are highly committed to promoting residents' choice and control and ensuring that residents are treated with dignity. Family members are kept well informed by staff and their views are sought about all aspects of care.
