View Full Details of Aran Court Care Home - Avery HealthcareThe lady walked us round prior to mum arriving & was delightful, happy & engaging. Since mum has been there another lady has been superb as have others. Nothing has been too much & they have really helped mum settle.
Such a lovely care home. Can't fault anything, nothing is too much trouble. The staff go above and beyond, really caring. Would recommend it, outstanding.
Aran Court is an extremely welcoming environment where you are met with smiles from the moment you walk through the doors. There is an air of contentment throughout the building and staff are always willing to help and reassure both residents and visitors without hesitation. Any queries or problems are dealt with swiftly and there is a level of transparency evident in all decisions made. I would certainly recommend this care home to any relatives looking for 'live in' care.
A warm and friendly home. Always made to feel welcome. Excellent care staff. Very helpful and considerate to all residents. Highly recommend this home and the brilliant work they do.
My experience was good, but one woman stood above the rest. Kind, caring, polite, hard-working and a great personality. On the second floor, she works in the office. I've cared for my friend for 34 years voluntarily. She has probably been the best when you go through life some people are not great but one staff member, she was a real team winner.
Our mother came to Aran Court a few weeks ago. She has come on leaps and bounds. The staff have helped greatly to settle her into a different routine and way of life. She seems to be completely happy and has a smile on her face the majority of the time. Lovely care home and lovely staff.
What a relief it is to have our precious Mum in such a safe and caring environment. Staff and facilities are superb, particularly from hardworking activities staff and nurses. Even reception staff engage fully with residents and go out of their way to show support, interest and compassion to residents and their visitors. Thank you all!
My mother was transferred to Aran Court Care Home from hospital in February and was a resident there until she passed away in May. Throughout Mum's stay I was very impressed and reassured that she was receiving excellent care. All staff showed great kindness to Mum and were very attentive and proactive in her care, swiftly identifying her needs and putting actions in place to address them. Communication between staff and myself was very good - I was kept well-informed and any queries I had were addressed promptly. From the minute we stepped into the reception area Mum's family and friends were greeted with smiles and made to feel welcome; nothing seemed to be too much trouble and there was always a feeling of calm, warmth and friendliness. I would not hesitate to recommend Aran Court Care Home and am very grateful to everyone there that Mum was able to spend the final months of her life in such a pleasant, caring and happy environment.
The care provided by the staff is outstanding. The care teams are well trained and they are supported by a well-structured and effective management team. The service provided by the kitchen, laundry, housekeeping, activities and maintenance is also excellent. If you have any issues it is reassuring to know that there is a wonderful support network and a dedicated wellbeing team ready to help. Entering the home you are met with a warm welcome from the staff. The management team will make time for you if you need to discuss something with them. It is a warm, caring place to live.
Management and caregivers are very good. Housekeeping and catering staff are very approachable if there are any problems. All staff and management are very pleasant and make you feel welcome and always ask visitors if they are ok.
Mostly very good. Some improvements like cutting food small. Don't lose clothes.
My mum gets the proper care now and me and my partner are very pleased with the care.
After my mother was moved from the hospital to the care home without our knowledge it was refreshing to speak to a receptionist who was friendly, informative and courteous. On attending the care home, I found it to be clean, facilities and security to be very good.
Our mum spent a month in Aran Court for much-needed respite care. The staff were excellent, caring, respectful and kind. Dad visited Mum every day and was made very welcome with lots of tea! Thank you, Aran Court.
Such a great home, warm and welcoming. There are always fun activities happening or trips out. Walking around and the staff always say hello and the residents look so happy. I love the coffee morning, there's are always fresh pastries.
Comfortable, well-appointed room, very good quality meals. Dedicated, caring and compassionate staff have helped mum settle in and have kept me updated with her progress. Wide range of regular activities for residents which mum has gotten involved in and enjoyed. Very grateful mum is in your care!
My father moved into Aran Court in March 2022 and resided there until he passed away in December 2022. The care, kindness and compassion shown was excellent. The staff exceeded all expectations and showed genuine affection for my dad. Communication and support by the office staff was superb. I would not hesitate to recommend Aran Court Care Home.
Staff are absolutely excellent in their care and consideration for the residents. Rooms are reasonable, as are furnishings. Only concerns are clothes not hung up and some things missing (six pairs of slippers and six pillows). But Wife seems happy and well cared for so that's all that matters.
Staff and home is good. Staff helpful and kind.
Found my brother-in-law still in bed a few times at 10.30 to 11 am, one time he was in darkness with his curtains still closed from evening time. A few times also his breakfast plate was still in his bedroom at lunchtime. Carers are very friendly and polite.
