Staff friendly + welcoming. Very supportive to family + caring with residents. Communication excellent. All residents looked cared for + happy. We are happy my mum is in Montrose Hall.

I have always found Montrose Hall to be a pleasant place to visit with all staff adding to a positive experience. Montrose Hall is a place I would hope to live if I was to be in the position any of the residents find themselves.

Since my Grandma moved into the care home, I have noticed a positive difference in her. It is like I have my old grandma back. She is ever so happy and settled and that is down to the amazing staff at Montrose Hall. They go above and beyond, not just for the residents but for their family members too.

Feel comfortable when visiting staff + management are great making you feel welcome and see to your every need just as they do with all the residents who are staying there.

I have found all the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. I have seen a vast improvement in my mum since she has been in Montrose Hall. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe caring place for their relatives.

So happy with the care and love they provide to everyone. Always feel welcome and the staff welcome us all on every visit. We had a lovely day having Christmas dinner and it was lovely spending time with my nan.

Staff are friednly and welcoming. The environment was clear and well-decorated. The food was lovely. Staff are very attentive to all residents. This is the happiest my dad has been for a long time. I can rest knowing he is being well cared for and that he is happy.

Had Xmas dinner today with my mother-in-law. It was lovely. Food was delicious, staff a pleasure. I really enjoyed it and my mother-in-law did too. We had a great time. Even had a glass of prosecco, my mother-in-law did too. Everything was perfect.

What an amazing and memorable Christmas put together by the manager and her wonderful staff. They always go the extra mile to make sure that our loved ones have the best time, not only at Christmas but all year round, thank you, Montrose!

Very happy with the care and the professional way all the staff are, in carrying out their duties. Everyone is kind and approachable and when I have any concerns they act upon it immediately.

I came to see my friend as part of the athletic heritage. I found the staff to be excellent. Security is brilliant and friendly. Everybody was good.

Well firstly what a fantastically run home. It's clean, welcoming and staff are friendly. It's a testament to the management, nothing is too much of a problem for the staff and my friend/family are very content here. Food is of a very good standard and there is always treats about. The overall look of the home inside and out is very clean and tidy.

An enjoyable time spent with friends etc. The occasion was well prepared and executed. The staff are friendly and courteous. Made very welcome.

Attended my friend's Dad's football presentation. What an amazing day the home has put on for him and family. Found the staff to be lovely and couldn't do enough, so the day went well. Montrose Hall seems a very nice place and all residents seem very happy.

I am very happy with the care my Mum gets at Montrose Hall. The staff are very caring to residents and very welcoming to visitors. I would recommend Montrose Hall to anyone. Nothing is too much trouble.

My dad has settled in well at Montrose Hall. I can see the staff take good care of him and keep him happy with activities. This puts my mind at rest that he is safe and well cared for.
