All of West farm staff are so good. They care about my mother. They are approachable and listen if you have any concerns. On entering West Farm the whole place is buzzing, everyone is happy and chatty. Residents are so well looked after and nothing is a bother. Everywhere is clean, and my mother's room is lovely. She feels at home at West Farm. I cannot praise West Farm enough.

The management and staff of West Farm Care Centre are absolutely brilliant, nothing is a problem to them, since my brother has been a resident there I've never seen him look so happy which is the most important thing, my family and I can sleep at night knowing my brother is being well cared for. The rooms and the rest of the building are kept clean to a very high standard and the care given to the residents is second to none. There's plenty of activities to do during the day to keep everyone happy, there's always members of staff around to assist the residents and for safety reasons. The chef and the kitchen staff do an excellent job on the catering because the meals look absolutely beautiful with a good menu to choose from, definitely a 5-star care home.

Staff and carers are very professional and friendly to the residents and visitors alike. And when we have a problem it is always resolved to our satisfaction. All the residents have lots of fun in the lounge and visitors too. A great atmosphere.

My experience with West Farm Care Home has been fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and caring and always on hand to help both myself and my stepfather, who is well cared for. The place is very clean and has a lovely atmosphere. I have no concerns about his care at West Farm Care Home.

Fabulous residential care for my ageing mother, although she'd be happier in her own home. The staff across the board devoted themselves to delivering all my mum's needs, as well as the occasional care you'd expect from her family members. Could not be more grateful and assured that Mum is in a loving environment. Thanks to everyone employed by this residential service.

Can't praise the staff enough! They are genuinely friendly, professional and caring. The place is kept spotlessly clean and no unpleasant odours. The residents appear to be content and happy and the food /menu is well received. When you have an enquiry about anything, they go above and beyond to help and communication is excellent.

I am very pleased that my wife is being well looked after in West Farm. Because of her falls when she tries to stand/move around - caused by her long-term Parkinson's Disease - 24 years - it is difficult to care for her as she can't be left on her own - as I know only too well. Like all care homes West Farm sometimes suffers from staff shortages, for all of the well-known reasons - but all of the staff are 'proper' carers and do the best they can for the residents. I try to take my wife out most days and now I am older the staff always help me to get my wife and her wheelchair in and out of the car. Communication with the home is excellent. The phone in reception is almost always answered immediately and I am always made aware of anything happening with my wife that I need to know about.

My mother has been at West Farm for 6 weeks now and has thrived. The staff are kind welcoming caring and respectful. My mother is visually impaired but the staff have been wonderful in trying to include her in activities, they have helped her at meal times, and been very considerate & understanding of her disabilities. I can honestly say my mam is so much better since moving in as she has peace of mind knowing that someone is there 24 hours a day, and so have I knowing she is well taken care of. So glad she is at West Farm.

Mam moved into West Farm Care Centre in March 2024. We are very reassured that my mam is very safe there. The home is very clean and tidy and the staff are very caring and nothing is a problem for them. The staff & management always keep me informed of my mam with any health concerns. Mam enjoys the food I would definitely recommend West Farm Residential Care Centre.

My friend moved here in June 2023 and the change in her in this short time is incredible. The change has given my friend back, she is smiling again putting on weight and we both think this is down to the care and kindness shown to everyone. I think every member of staff have shown residents thoughtfulness, and we are so lucky nothing seems to be a bother. I think we are very lucky to have so many wonderful care in one care home. Thank you so much for caring for my friend.

West Farm Care Centre look after my husband 24/7. The staff are caring and patient with a happy demeanour. It is important for me to know he is in such capable hands and I have no worries or concerns regarding his care. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you, everyone.

Ver reassured that my mum is happy and safe in West Farm. She tells me she enjoys all her meals and I can't fault the carers. They are always on hand to offer Mam cuddles and comfort when needed.

I would highly recommend West Farm Care Centre. The home has a lovely, warm atmosphere. The staff and management go out of their way to assist and support, to create a genuinely lovely place to live.

The care and compassion my mother receives is excellent. She us always dressed, clean and tidy every day. The home is always clean and tidy and my mother's room is kept the same. The activities the home provides are very good, especially the singers, which my mother really enjoys. Lots of care professionals are always in the home eg: nurses, and physios making sure the resident's health needs are looked after. All staff/management are approachable with any concerns you have and are addressed. Visiting is encouraged and they realise the importance of family involvement.

A lovely residential care home with exceptional caring staff. Residents are well looked after and all of their needs taken care of. I have never had any worries while my father has been in the care of West Farm Care Centre. They always keep me well informed either personally or by phone. Highly recommended.

I am writing this review for my father-in-laws stay at West Farm Care Home. From the very moment my father-in-law entered the home, it was made clear you are family now and that included relatives. In my opinion, this home cannot be faulted. The staff go above and beyond, nothing is ever too much. My father-in-law was treated with the utmost respect and dignity in life and death.
