View Full Details of GreenhiveI am so happy with the way Mum is looked after.
I have had no bad experience of kind at the home the staff are friendly not only to the visitors but residents as well. Always greeted with a smile from staff and surprisingly my husband as well. I have found that I can ask questions at any time & there will be someone there to answer them for me.
Can not fault this place, always spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and caring especially the lady who looks after my mother, she goes beyond to do anything you need. Was a bit apprehensive when Mum went in but she is cared for in every way and she is so settled. Best place in my opinion, can't fault them.
My mum has been at Greenhive for approx 3 years and in that time we have always been so happy with the care she receives. The home is spotless and welcoming and the staff are so helpful and friendly towards us. I am always kept informed of any changes in Mum's care. As a family, we feel relieved and happy that our mum is being cared for in a wonderful environment.
My aunt is very comfortable and relaxed, also in a better state of mind. Having people to talk to, also her eating is good. The diabetes is gone that's really good, she's not on her death's bed like in the sheltered accommodation which was the wrong place for her. So I am happy she is here.
My cousin is cared for in this home. Very good. I am very happy with the care she is getting. I have no problem with the staff and management where her care is concerned. She is very happy and comfortable with her other friends in the home.
Overall experience very good. Staff are all kind. Though not relevant as far as home is concerned, the care is getting more expensive with rises in July 23, November 23 and a proposed increase in April 2024.
When I first came to view the home my first impression was how clean the reception was, the warm welcome received and the information given was very good. I was impressed at how warm and clean the areas visited were. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I am very pleased with the care and attention my cousin receives. Keep up the good work.
Really attentive and welcoming service. Always great to see Nan looking so well each time I visit.
I have been visiting Greenhive now for a number of years and I do think it's gone downhill. I find the staff less friendly especially downstairs on Beckett. I have spoken to two team leaders there and one is very helpful and the other one is quite rude and in my opinion, doesn't want to do anything, Today 15/1/24 I made a mistake for which I apologised. My mother-in-law thought her phone went missing so I spoke to a care who was very unhelpful. I then spoke to her again this time she said see the team leader as its nothing to do with her. I then spoke to the team leader who again was very unhelpful, then another carer butted in and practically called me a liar. She said no one ever goes in her room at which I said I've been in the room on quite a few occasions when someone has walked in and I've told them they're in the wrong room. I ended up telling the carer to mind her own business because I'm talking to the so-called team leader. Who again wasn't interested.
My experience has always been positive. The staff are kind, warm and very caring. I am always left with certainly that my aunt us being well looked after. I am very happy wit the care provided by staff.
I visit my friend on a fortnightly basis and have always found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. My friend is happy in his room, and it is a very pleasant scene overlooking the garden and with excellent toilet facilities.
My mother moved in 3 months ago and she settled in very quickly. The carers are incredibly kind and create a very happy atmosphere.
Mum is well cared for and the staff show warmth and affection to all residents. It is great to see the garden looking so much better. I took her for a walk out there today. She really enjoyed it.
Staff are pleasant, info given when asked for. Rooms are clean and well cared for.
Good staff who listen to concerns. Working with resident and family. Two slight ongoing concerns are minimal activities for residents and my relative still refusing personal care (daily showers). This is then left down to family to do when we visit. The staff do try their best to encourage her though.
Very good experience of visiting my mother who has recently moved to Greenhive. She has settled in well and is enjoying being here. She has just been to the hairdresser and was invited to a resident's 101st birthday this week.
Mum was admitted during the Covid pandemic lockdown, so I wasn't even able to enter the care home. The staff, however, were great from day one. I could call and get a friendly person on the phone. Had regular video calls and updated on Mum's health and welfare. To date, my siblings and I have a great rapport with Grenhive and more than happy with Mum's care.
A bright, spacious, inviting place to visit. My aunt is very happy and comfortable here. Staff are very friendly and kind.
I continue to be very happy with the care my mother is getting at Greenhive. She needs a lot of care now and the staff are very patient and caring. The home is always clean and Mum's room is always kept tidy. Overall, I'm very happy.
