He is not east, willful, but at Norton House he's calm, safe and comfortable, wonderful home.
I have found Norton House to be very clean, tidy and homely. All the staff are really welcoming, friendly and always have a smile on their face. And they go out of their way to be kind and helpful. This applies equally to their relationship with visitors as well as residents. The activities that I have seen have been varied, engaging, well-organised and well-staffed. All of this has meant that my friend has settled in very well. And already appears to feel very much at home.
Norton House staff are very caring.
I am happy at Norton House.
My sister's health has improved dramatically, as has her mobility and moods. Very happy with the care my sister received.
I find Norton House to be an excellent care home. Each time I visit I feel very welcomed and kindness by the staff. The resident I am visiting has made remarkable progress. She is looking very well from the care she is receiving. I have recommended Norton House to some elderly friends who need help. I find it to be a lovely caring home.
The experience has been very inviting and friendly as well as being helpful and responsive at all times.
We visit weekly a very old friend with no family or close friends in the UK. The staff have been unfailingly kind and respectful to him and he says how nice they are. He is always well dressed, clean and well-fed and has kept a good sense of humour which is appreciated by the staff and his visitors. We are most grateful to all those who look after him.
In the care homes I've resided the last three years, I found Norton House by far the best home. The care and attention to personal well being is first-class.
Very happy - nice people. Do enjoy activities.
I would give this place full marks, I mean the staff are nice in general and fun. I like the GP visiting every week, she is fun.
I'm happy with everything. Cannot complain. Staff are good and care very good. Find no problems at all.
This morning I attended the art history discussion with the residents. Three very knowledgeable experts showed images of different styles of art and led conversations about what the artist intended and what we could see - including describing it for the benefit of a resident who was sight impaired. It was a wonderful session. Norton House staff continue to be as kind and as caring as the very first day we visited. I could not be more grateful to everyone at Norton House!
My sister was very lucky to get here. She has nor always been lucky but this was one of her good moves.
My dad was in Norton house for nearly 3 years. He really benefitted from the fantastic food and the staff were absolutely lovely to him. The atmosphere at Norton House is kind, friendly and fun. The staff are unbelievably efficient and so caring. I want to mention two carers who always went above our expectations. They truly cared for our dad and made us feel very welcomed. The communication was also great, they took the time to listen to our concerns and phoned us if there was anything they felt we needed to know. Also knowing that a lovely GP visited dad regularly was amazing.
My mum loved it here, it was like her home bless her, she loved the staff, everything about this home was beautiful, safe and you did not need to worry. They would ring you if she had to see the doctor, my mum only went into hospital as her heart and blood pressure got low. God bless her. She did not make it back home as she called it. Thank you for looking after my mum, I have not got over her death, as you knew I was the only person who saw her the most, she loved you all and I'm not going to name people, but a very special person who cared about her, and she would put them on the phone to me. Thank you.
When you enter Norton House, it is like walking home. All staff are like family, so welcoming, kind, friendly and they are very professional too. Nothing seems too much trouble. The cleanliness is exceptional and the rooms are kept very clean and tidy. The meals are delicious with plenty of variety. If anyone living at Norton House has a request that request will be met.
My friend is beautifully looked after at Norton House. The staff are wonderful to her and she seems really happy. She tells me the food is excellent and plentiful.
Wonderful care for my father. Kind and attentive staff at all times. He is always clean and well dressed. He is treated with dignity and compassion. Facilities are fine. Food is basic but sufficient. His medical needs are always attended to.
