View Full Details of Beaumont CourtBeaumont Court is a beautifully run care home that puts my uncle at the centre of their care. The home is beautifully clean and there is a happy atmosphere both from the residents and the staff. The staff are wonderfully caring. When he was admitted, he was in a very low state due to pressure sores. The care team have worked tirelessly to improve his condition which is now improving. There is excellent liaison with medical and nursing staff. I cannot praise the care team too highly they are genuinely dedicated to their residents.
When my neighbour was transferred 10 days ago to this place he was happy, able to walk, able to wash himself, able to eat by himself, but now he does not do anything at all. He was propped up in a dirty wheelchair, his legs were nearly to the floor. He didn't speak the whole time I was there, he was dressed in clothes that looked like they were for kids. There was no heating on, the place was freezing. It's like he's just put there to die.
My father was previously in another care home which was soulless and would not even offer us a drink of water. From day one of coming to Beaumont Court we were treated with warmth and the amazing staff treated us and my father with warmth, love and respect. The staff made sure my dad's end of life was with love, warmth and dignity. The staff are angels and we will forever be in their debt.
My dad was given the best possible care until the end of his life at Beaumont Court. The staff here are amazing. Not only did they support our father, I have supported myself and my sister throughout the process. Their dedication and knowledge of end-of-life care, second to none. Our father was encouraged to open up about his feelings, and thoughts. The rapport he had with staff was amazing. Thank you.
Situated in the heart of the city, Beaumont Court is located in an amazing tranquil area that is distant from the hustle and bustle of the high street, yet at a stone's throw away from the tube station. Perfect convenience for families and relatives or anyone else connected to the residents or providing services to this amazing place. I was overwhelmed by the level of care provided at Beaumont Court. The level of detail the management has indeed endeavoured to pursue is quite comforting and is quite incredible. I don't think it can be matched in any of the other care homes. Whether it is a communal space or individual resident's rooms, the areas and facilities are constantly clean. There is cheer on the faces of the residents that projects nothing but comfort and satisfaction. The management is clearly taking active steps to constantly raise the bar in the service and care that is being offered making Beaumont Court a distinctive care home in the area. Hat-off!
The staff at Beaumont Care Home gave loving, considerate, warm and gentle care to my sister in all her time there and up to her last few hours. Even though the family were with her at the end there was always at least one member of staff to support her and us through it. The love and attention given was beyond the level of duty expected. As they said all the people in the home including us are part of their family, there cannot be a better care home. We will always be grateful.
My mother became a resident at Beaumont after my family looked for a suitable care home nearest to where we live, after looking at several Beaumont was a clear choice! The staff was very nice and all the residents looked so happy. I liked the interaction you could tell they cared for their residents. The staff were gentle and did not hesitate to do what you expected and more. I wish I was able to get my mum there sooner. But in the short time she was there, they were exceptional.
The team are excellent. At end-of-life for my aunt, they supported the whole family through the process and gave my aunt a dignified end-of-life. The kindness that they showed her was above and beyond their responsibilities - a truly exceptional group of care staff.
Have seen great improvement in Dad's well-being. Dad seems happier in himself, mixing with residents, eating and drinking well. Staff and manager excellent and very clean.
The staff at Beaumont Court have been nothing short of amazing whilst they cared for my grandmother over the past two years. They treated her like she was part of their family and they were always very welcoming and supportive when myself and many other family members turned up to visit my nan and they kept us updated when we needed to know certain things which had happened. The staff at Beaumont Court really do care about their patients on an individual basis and go the extra mile to ensure the patients never feel like a burden, but instead feel loved and at home. I would like to say a special thank you to the staff members who moved on to the care home opposite last year, they were and are an asset to your care home and really are worth their weight in gold, so thank you again from the family.
When my friend was moved to this care home he was not in a good condition and he needed a place that could meet his needs and it was a very difficult time. When he moved in for us family it was fear of the unknown as this was all new to all of us but Beaumont court care staff welcomed him and the management straight away gave us that reassurance that he was in safe hands and need not worry. Since then, that was January till now my friend has gone through a major change in a very positive way and has settled in very well and is very well looked after. Beaumont care home staff, from management to admin, carers and activities staff are very welcoming and all the residents I see when I visit are just like they are in their own homes. I would recommend this care home to anyone who is looking to give their family member that feeling of home-from-home feeling for their loved ones. They treat their patients with dignity and respect. A very good care home filled with warmth and security.
When he first moved into Beaumont Court care home he was at his lowest in terms of his health and well-being. Both myself and his wife, we couldn’t meet his needs holistically any more. We needed a place for him that will give us peace of mind knowing he is well cared for and safe. Beaumont Court gave us this warm haven of a from home to home warm and reassuring feeling. My friend struggled with transition but who wouldn’t feel the same? He needed a lot of referrals done and things needed to be put in place at every step managers informed us and involved us. In spite of those challenging phases management and care staff of Beaumont Court made sure he settled in and became part of the family and fitted in like old furniture. The management team of Beaumont Court operates an open door policy almost all family members sit in the office freely. Queries are resolved within a reasonable time frame. He has really settled in very well, huge thanks to staff who always welcoming visitors with warmth.
The staff at Beaumont Court Care Home in Stepney Green are caring and provide compassionate support to our mother. Every single person working at the care home, tackle each issue as it arises with professionalism and a warm, caring attitude. We are ever so grateful. It is a huge relief to know that our mother is being looked after by people who so obviously genuinely care. Thank you for meeting our mother’s needs with such tenderness and care. Our mother is always treated with respect and dignity in the care home. All the staff at the Beaumont Court Care Home, have an extremely demanding job and should be highly applauded for the outstanding quality of care they provide.
As my elderly relative in Beaumont Court has no one in the UK and I am in Canada it’s been important that I can rely on the staff to give him the best care. He has multiple serious and complex conditions. Communicating by phone the team leaders were pleasant, friendly and communicative, and they sounded competent and caring. This was borne out when I was able to visit the Home myself. He was in very bad shape physically and mentally when he went into the Home but between the care from medical teams and that of the Home he experienced great improvement, though he still presents complex and sometimes precarious medical conditions for his carers. I’ve grown to have a high degree of confidence in the senior staff both in regard to their leadership in compassionate caring and a knowledgeable and watchful eye on his physical health, which is subject to downturns. Initially missing his own flat, he now considers Beaumont Court home; I am comfortable in giving Beaumont Court a high assessment.
I am delighted to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care that my mum receives at this care home. This is truly a home away from home. The dedicated staff consistently go above and beyond, creating a nurturing family environment and always welcome me with a smile. The genuine compassion and attentiveness exhibited by the team, especially one staff member, have provided Mum and I with tremendous comfort in most difficult times. During a challenging time when my mum needed to be admitted to critical care the home not only continued to provide outstanding support for her but also extended a compassionate hand to guide and comfort me through the difficult moments. This unwavering support has been a lifeline, and Mum was welcomed back to the home and nurtured to health until she was back on her feet to my amazement. When mum is challenging with the staff they handle her with grace and patience. I am immensely grateful for the unwavering support and kindness extended to my beloved mum.
My friend has been a resident at Beaumont Court Care Home since December 2022 - when he arrived at the home he wasn't in a very good place. Since at Beaumont Court, staff and management made sure he had support from all relevant external professionals. He seems to be very settled there, he enjoys his meals. Every time I visit the home, I observe a variety of events and activities: games, sing-alongs and quizzes, to mention a few. Warm atmosphere, lovely staff and approachable management make the Beaumont Court Care Home a very pleasant place to visit. I would like to thank all the staff who look after my friend. He was very lucky to find this place.
My sister has just spent six months at Beaumont Court Care Home and has now recovered sufficiently to return home. The level of care and support she received was excellent and my family were particularly impressed by the dedication of the staff to her recovery and their responsiveness to our questions and enquiries. They also made sure that my sister was able to access additional physiotherapy from an external provider and made arrangements for my sister's return home. We’d like to thank the staff for their outstanding support during a very difficult time.
My mother moved into Beaumont Court in April this year due to her deteriorating Alzheimer's. The whole process was dealt with in a sensitive and caring way by the staff at the home. We were encouraged to visit and myself and 2 siblings did at different times before she moved in. The staff were so welcoming and relaxed, we were given a tour and encouraged to look around by ourselves. It was clear the staff took great pride in their work and workplace. The home is bright and clean and we felt reassured that Mum would be looked after here and she is being looked after really well. If you are in the same position, visit this home you will be reassured. The staff dealt with Mum moving in with such care and dedication and we were able to choose her room and spend as much time as we needed there. There are regular parties and entertainment for the residents and families are encouraged to come along. Thanks to all the staff you do a very difficult job and do it well.
I am a daughter of a service user and would appreciate it if Beaumont Court care home and the staff are recognised for all their hard work in not just the care given to my mum but the way they care for all the residents. They're always kind and welcoming, so professional and exceptional, always heartfelt and they really do love their job and the residents are so happy. Nothing is too much trouble for them and it's one big family. My mum and I really do love them, so a big thank you to everyone.
Our family friend of 60 years has been in Beaumont Court care home for a few months, from the time I first visited him I was really impressed with the service. The rooms are clean and functional. How the staff relates to the residents and how they encourage the residents to come and meet other residents. With how much care and patience they have with the residents, the place always looks clean and well cared for.
