View Full Details of WeybourneMy dad has dementia and is a resident of this care home. I was hesitant at first with him attending as he was unsettled with his previous care home and I just wasn't sure how he would be. I can honestly say, this care home is amazing. They cater to each resident's individual needs. My dad was a bit unsettled at first, but he has started to really settle well and have a sense of belonging within the home. The staff are very welcoming and my dad feels very comfortable with them. I have taken my dad out for the day and upon return he has settled back in with ease. We are also able to book lunch within the care home, so we are able to have lunch together. I'm able to visit with my children, so they were excited and comfortable to be able to be around their grandad. The Manager there is very good. She's very transparent and communicates well, which puts my mind at ease. My dad is very happy, comfortable and enjoys his time there, which is the greatest feeling for me.

The care is good and I feel that my nan on a whole is looked after well. The staff listen and put into action plans, if we have any issues. All staff are very friendly and their care for the residents is evident on every visit.
My husband was in respite care for 1 week in Weybourne because I had to go in hospital. He has early vascular dementia. He has had respite once before in a care home and it was a bad experience. So I booked a tour around Weybourne and was pleasantly surprised. I have just picked my husband up after his respite week and I just want to say thank you to all the staff who were friendly, welcoming, fun, caring, and communicated well with us both. He came home a happy man. Thank you all so much.
The management and staff are wonderful, always happy and helpful and look after my dad very well. He's been happier than I've seen in a while. My dad loves the food and seems much physically healthier.
I'm happy overall and the staff that I met are lovely. Weekends are a different story. There seems to be less staff and Dad always looks tired and lethargic.
Everyone is always so welcoming when we come. I love how friendly the staff is and always offer help when needed. I want my granddad to be cared for and I feel that he is accommodated here.
Westbourne Care Home is clean and tidy. The carers are kind, always with a smile. The food is very good. I would recommend this care home to everybody.

We are so happy that my dad is getting the loving care from the staff who generally have love and affection for all the residents at Weybounre. The care is second to none. My dad is happy here.
Weybourne staff are super good. The care they give is excellent. We couldn't ask for a better home for my father-in-law.
My brother has been a resident at Weybourne for a year and a half and the care that he has received during this time has been outstanding. My brother is very settled and content at Weybourne and he appears well cared for which has had a very positive impact on his overall well-being. All the staff treat the residents with kindness and respect and Weybourne appears to be very well managed. The manager is very approachable and welcomes contact from relatives if there are any concerns. Activities and outings are very well organised. The multi-sensory garden is beautiful and this has been a collaborative activity with residents getting involved too. So much hard work by the staff has resulted in a lovely area that can be used all year round. The summer barbecue was a huge success this week and my brother loved it as the food was amazing as always! Regular relative meetings are organised informing everyone about plans and activities for the future. I highly recommend Weybourne Care Home.
