My husband came to Dell Field Court for respite he is now a full-time resident here. The staff and carers are all amazing. Caring and very patient. I am happy with the overall care given.

Dell Field Court has been nothing but helpful and caring to my father-in-law and to us as relatives. They helped us with the process of placing him into the care home and took a lot of stress away from us. Dell Field Court has been refurbished and is so fresh and clean. There are not too many residents so they get individual care as well as communal. I would recommend Dell Field Court to anyone looking for a safe and caring home for a relative.

My 81-year-old Mum recently moved in and has settled in very well. The home/rooms are well kept - clean, warm and comfortable. Managers/team leaders are kind, caring and approachable. The care staff are also nice and friendly. Very Good food both Asian and non-Asian The rooms are a good size, bright, clean and homely. I highly recommend this nice, welcoming, care home.

The staff at Dell Field Court are wonderful. They work really hard to provide a safe and caring environment for my mother, who has dementia. The food is very good, the staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Management is great and very approachable. There are activities for residents to keep them occupied, my mum's room is clean as is her bathroom. Thank you all!

Avoid this care home at all costs. No follow-up or ownership by management on any areas of concern or follow-up, also staff are incredibly rude and hostile to visitors if you ask any questions they do not want to answer. Food is terrible and a total lack of support to address any issues. Do not be taken in when you first go and visit the home, there are huge failings by both staff and management which they refuse to deal with.

Excellent service by the whole team. My father felt at home. All staff were brilliant and very helpful. I will be using them for any respite in future. This has given my family a good break and peace of mind.

We were welcomed with a great smile, the staff were nice and very professional. My friend is well looked after and there is brilliant interaction between staff and residents. The home is clean and beautiful. We spoke to the manager who is very professional and has a good relationship with the residents.

I have been looking for my friend/business partner for many years and I finally found him at Dell Field Court by the council staff who were very nice and helpful. I visited him at Dell Field Court and met with the manager. I was so impressed. He took me personally upstairs to see my friend after many years and the staff arranged a nice meeting for us, with lovely tea and a biscuit. The atmosphere was so homely and comfortable, I was even planning to book a room for myself. I was very happy seeing my friend really well looked after at Dell Field Court. This home is highly recommended. I will visit again.

My mother and aunt both have been very well looked after in this wonderful care home. The staff are attentive, caring and efficient. The place is kept clean and tidy. The management is absolutely on the ball. We recommend this home highly to whomsoever would like to consider applying to stay or work here.

We feel blessed with your loving care for the past 3 years to my father-in-law. Despite the challenges, quirks and often resistance, we felt that everyone at the care home, management and staff on the 'Asian' ward, looked after him with compassion and kindness. The role you and your team provide the patients is an irreplaceable asset to our community.

The experience was entirely delightful, a great atmosphere. I would feel happy to recommend it for a short respite or longer stays. Would come back if we needed a short respite stay again. My husband said on arrival he felt we needed two weeks not just one. The carer are all helpful and interested in us.

I visit now and again and I always feel welcome. They offer me tea, which is nice. I can't complain about anything. The staff are all pleasant and seem dedicated.

Really friendly and supportive staff. Very professional. Gold star in care. Staff go up and beyond what is expected. Have well-planned entertainment and activities for residents. Food is delicious. All staff and management are all very helpful and friendly. The home is very welcoming and staff are very patient. My mum’s room is very homely and comfortable. Staff take extremely good care of my Mum. It is my 2nd home. Everyone is positive, polite and welcoming:). Thank you and well done Dell Field Court:).

I would just like to say that after visiting my Mother, I drove home feeling extremely happy and delighted at how she is being treated at Dell Field! After years of being at the home, my Mother who suffers from dementia is in a place where I can quite honestly say is "happy". One particular carer really takes care of the residents and has shown outstanding care towards all of them! For someone so young she has exceptional qualities that should be commended. I truly hope that she is told how good she is. Thank you also to all the management there!

This home does not cater for clients with learning disabilities as previously claimed when clients just arrived. No expertise to adapt to clients' needs or stimulus given. Personal care is random, dependent on which carer is on duty. Messages regarding care or clothing are often not passed on causing problems. No offers of help with arranging/cancelling medical appointments, no initiative shown on some occasions. Lack of clients' needs passed on such as toiletries, clothing etc. Laundry, although labelled, going missing and other clients' clothing placed in the wrong room. Staff otherwise always polite and welcoming.
