My mother entered Eversfield House for a period of respite care, which has happily turned into a permanent stay. All the staff have been so friendly and supportive, giving me regular updates on my mother's participation in activities. The new manager is doing a great job and has been accessible and communicative. My mother is settling in well in her lovely, spacious room with easy access to the garden, which has been valuable in the recent good weather. Thank you Eversfield.

The first time I went to Eversfield House Care Home I felt like I was at home. All the staff to the cleaners are so friendly, they are so caring to all the residents. We knew it was the right move for our dad, we noticed he is happy and more sociable. The management are tremendous, I would recommend it to all our friends without a doubt.

When I first went to visit the care home it was very friendly. The staff help with anything you ask. When I brought my dad to Everfield House I knew that he would be happy. The best ever care home. I have seen a change in my dad he is more sociable, and friendly and the staff spend time with him and the management as well. They are fantastic best ever. I would recommend this home to any of my friends that need it without a doubt. A very positive outcome and thanks to everyone at Eversfield House.

A very pleasant and friendly care home. I always feel very welcome when visiting my Mother. All management and staff are very helpful and the attention and kindness they give to residents is impressive and reassuring. Overall Eversfield is a happy home and one which I am so pleased to have found for my Mother.

My relative has resided at Eversfield House for over 4 years. Management and trustees are exceptional. Eversfield House is maintained to an excellent standard. It is run as a charity, which I feel makes a real difference. Staff turnover is limited, a testament to the home that it is a good place to work and to be a resident. The care given to my relative means I do not worry and can continue to work etc. My relative feels at home. There is plenty going on on a day to day basis; activities are available if they want to participate. Personal care needs are met well and with respect.

My mother went into Eversfield in July 2018 and it has been wonderful watching her health and life quality improve there. The environment is welcoming, safe, friendly and accommodating. The Manager has a medical background and has a charming approachable and "open door" helpful attitude while ensuring excellent medical care. Eversfield is run by a charity, ensuring good value for money and all surpluses are put straight back into providing for the care and facilities of the residents.

Maintains a high standard of both comfort and care, long-serving dedicated staff who give a personalised 24-hour service. Everyone is treated with dignity, a warm, friendly atmosphere, home cooking with lots of choice and variety. Everyone's tastes are catered for, day to day activities, outings, entertainment every week and excellent, caring management. An excellent home from home.

Eversfield House is an excellent care home. The residents are very well cared for and the carers are very attentive and kind. It is always very clean and well maintained. I feel my mother couldn't be in a better home.

From the first time I visited the home, I have always found it to be friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Eversfield House is like a home from home. Friendly, caring and professional, they really know the results and all their quirks! Easy to approach and extremely helpful, the staff always have a smile on their face, and nothing is too much trouble. We were worried about my uncle's transition from living on his own to a residential care home, but he has settled in extremely well and now has a new lease of life. Thank you to everyone at Eversfield House.

Visiting a friend convalescing at Eversfield House for 6 weeks, following a serious operation. I was pleasantly surprised to find an efficient home with friendly, efficient staff, her room was light and airy, well furnished and the food most appetising, fresh and home cooked with an amazing choice. My friend received excellent care and will be sorry to leave and return to her own home. She was visited regularly by a G.P and practice nurse from the nearby surgery. What a surprise to find such an excellent care home. When one reads about the poor service some people endure at other care homes. If in the future I need the services of a care home I am confident that I know where to go and I have no hesitation in recommending the home to others.

Eversfield House is an excellent residential home and made my father's last 18 months much happier than they might otherwise have been. From the management team to the cleaners, all the staff are extremely hard working while never being too busy to take the time to talk to residents reassure them and make sure they are comfortable and happy. Although it is a residential home the medical knowledge of the staff, in particular, the manager is excellent and their attention to detail and care in these areas is exemplary with a wide range of well-cooked food nutritious diet is also achieved my father could not have been in better care and it was very comforting for my siblings and I know how well he was being looked after.

Homely atmosphere together with a friendly approach. Visitors are welcome throughout the day and depending on the length of journey, are offered refreshments. There is entertainment once a week. There is a service of a doctors surgery opposite the premises. Food choices of menu offered daily and individual tastes are usually catered for.

An excellent retirement home and I have been impressed with the care, kindness and attention given to everyone. My mother is now very elderly and can be difficult to look after but she is cared for with understanding and patience. Also, I would mention that the mix of entertainment and wellbeing demonstrations provide a stimulating environment.

A friend was very poorly. The care he was receiving at home from a care agency was inadequate. I had been visiting Eversfield and was impressed with the care and surroundings. The home did not smell. I was always made welcome. I approached the manager and asked her to put my friends name on the list. He moved in and we expected him to survive six months. Due to his excellent care he survived 4 years. Sadly he passed away recently. I shall continue to visit the home and recommend it.

My mother enjoyed staying at Eversfield House. She was loved by the staff and got on very well with them. She made some friends with the other residents and was welcomed to activities and the outings. Because of the layout of the residence, mum's room was a little remote, but that could not be helped and mum loved her room which was nice and quiet. Overall, I am pleased with the care mum was given.

Eversfield House provides an excellent quality of care for their residents. As power of attorney for my friend who was a resident, I was aware of the support and positive ambience around the home. Towards the end of my friend's life, he lost his taste and catering was helpfully adjusted to support him.

When I first went to visit the care home it was very friendly. The staff help with anything you ask. When I brought my dad to Everfield House I knew that he would be happy. The best ever care home.
