When we brought my aunt to Warren Court we have found the staff to be
very helpful and she has settled remarkably well. She looks content and
well looked after. We are very happy she is in a safe and nice environment.

The care home Warren Court is a friendly warm environment. The residents
are cared for very well, they eat well and are given plenty of
refeshments and snacks during the day, as well as there main meals.
Every week a hairdresser comes and does all the hair. The residents also
get weekly hand manicures. They have a lady there who interacts with
residents and gets them to join in activities. They sing, have hand
massages, play quizzes and games and cake decorate. The residents also
have regular musicians who come in for an hour or two and entertain
them. The home is kept clean and the air con is always on when the
weather is hot. I have seen the residents taken out into the garden and
have there lunch there. All visitors are treated well to often offered a
hot or cold beverage. When it is a residents birthday they always buy a
cake and make the day special for them. When one lady was 100 a MP came
to the home and the Croydon Advertiser and a picture was put in the paper.
