View Full Details of The Meadows Residential Care HomeAs my aunt is living here, I always would prefer to visit her. And this residential care home is really good and provide excellent services. My aunt is really happy to live there as she has good communication with all staff. So I do not feel no hesitation while going there because they give good and warm welcome to me and my family.
Meadows is fantastic care home. My friends has been staying there for past few years. Staff are very professional and approachable. I was really impressed with the food that was served and cleanliness. Everyone seems very caring. I would highly recommend this care home.
My family found the care that my aunt received at the care home to be exceptionally good. Despite my aunt's advanced dementia, we could tell that she was very happy in her own way. It was obvious that she was well cared for, warm and comfortable. We are very grateful to the staff of Meadows Care Home for making her last years of life comfortable and peaceful.
My sister was living at The Meadows for the past 4 years. She had a neurodegenerative disease and sadly passed away in February. The care that she received during her stay was exemplary. We were very lucky to have found this care home. The staff are all absolutely brilliant and really care for the residents. There are many activities, in which residents are encouraged to partake. Several of the staff attended her funeral and wake afterwards, which shows the genuine caring shown to my sister. I cannot recommend The Meadows highly enough.
My mother has been in The Meadows for just over 2 months, she has settled in well. The staff are very caring and take time with the residents, getting to know their needs and help in every approach. My one concern is that I would like more feedback from the management on my mother's progress, she has Alzheimer's and was not sleeping initially. I would like to have been informed of this but I had to ask for this which would be very useful for me and the family.
I found this care home to be a clean and homely environment. The staff are friendly and very caring. The food seems delicious and my grandmom really likes it.
I have found all the staff caring and very helpful.
Since my great-aunt was placed at The Meadows Residential Care Home, it has been a huge weight lifted off all of our shoulders. She receives such great care from all of the staff. The cleaning staff are amazing, spotless every time we visit. Management side is fantastic, always there to help. the chefs are lovely, always cooking up a beautiful meal which my aunt loves the meals that she serves. Activities coordinator is also great, always keeping everyone busy all round us as the family are very proud and very happy with the service that we receive.
Couldn't speak more highly of our total experience with moving mom to The Meadows. The peace of mind from knowing that mom is safe, happy and well taken care of is priceless. All of the team are wonderful, the common living areas are clean and well maintained, the decor is bright and cheery, and the residents' rooms are all ensuite, clean, well furnished, and bright with a lot of natural light. There are daily activities and a lovely new garden for everyone to enjoy the sunshine. It is a joy to visit and see how happy everyone is.
My mum has been a resident for seven years. She is in one of the best care homes in Ealing, in my opinion. Wonderful carers who are kind and empathetic. The kitchen and housekeeping staff are as lovely as the carers. The activist manager has a wonderful rapport with all the residents. The owners have so much experience with seniors and the renovations that they have had done are outstanding. I am extremely happy with my mum's care.
The care given to my aunt for the last five and a half years has been excellent and now, as she reaches the last stages of her life, the compassion and care she is receiving is beyond anything we could have hoped for.
I have been very happy for my friend to reside in this home. They are very caring and attentive, I feel she is well looked after. The staff are extremely helpful and I feel she is safe in the home. I would definitely recommend The Meadows.
My father is treated with care and compassion and I’m so very grateful to all the staff for looking after him so well. As his Alzheimer’s progressed the decision to move him to residential care was an inevitable but very heartbreaking one to take. I’m so glad I found The Meadows Residential Care Home. He is so well cared for and content that he thinks he is still at home. The staff are considerate, friendly and respectful. The home is spotlessly clean and furnishings and decor are to a high standard. Since becoming a resident he has regained his appetite and put on a little weight. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Meadows to those facing a similar predicament and whose loved one is no longer safe at home. Meadows will be a home from home for them, where they will be safe and well looked after.
Thank you very much for your invitation to the Christmas party 2022. It was excellent, very friendly and happy. The Salvation Army's contribution was very moving. The effort of the management and the staff is most appreciated. Thank you all and have a very Happy Christmas.

Having the comfort that your loved one is well looked after - you get that feeling with The Meadows. The staff are friendly and care about their residents. Rooms are nice for the people who live here and the meals, as well as the activities, are great. Safety is paramount. Couldn't be happier.
My aunt has been in the Meadows for a year now, after finding it increasingly difficult to cope independently at home. Like many, I suspect, she did not want to go into a care home but we were faced with the inevitability after a fall and a stay in hospital. It was at this point that two of her friends independently suggested the Meadows as suitable and I am so pleased they did. It was this recommendation from trusted friends who had personal experience of the Meadows that gave us the confidence to go ahead. It was a big change for my aunt going from independent living to being a resident in a care home but the management and staff at the Meadows have been unfailingly kind and considerate, enabling my aunt to adjust and settle in in her own time. A big thanks to all at The Meadows.
The Meadows should be used as an example to other homes and authorities.
My mother has been a resident for over a year and the care provided is excellent. I have been extremely happy with the support the staff team has offered my mother. It has been a relief during difficult times.
