View Full Details of Priory Residential Home LtdWhat a great place, the room is lovely, big and very clean and bright. The staff are very friendly. The admin is a lovely lady, made mum feel very welcome and myself. I know I don't need to worry about my mum's welfare. I know she's in very capable hands. I know it's early days as mum only just moved in.
The Priory is a great care home and well looked after and happy residents. The staff are very friendly and the management team are superb. The meals are great and excellent. Warm colours within the home rooms and all areas.
This is our second visit to our elderly neighbour who has moved in since August. The home is spotless and the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend this home to anyone with an elderly relative who needs a lovely place to live.
Always happy and helpful staff and keep me updated with my mum's daily care. Mum has made friends at the home and is happy living there, her room is always fresh and clean. A cheerful home with a great team.
Everything is excellent, would not have any bad things to say about the Priory Residential Home. All the staff are excellent with everybody. The staff have done really well looking after my mum in the care home and they are very welcoming when they let you in the door of the home.
My niece has been in the Priory since April 2023. The staff and care are excellent. Her health has been deteriorating rapidly in the last few months. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble.
My mum has been a resident at the Priory since October 2023. She has advanced dementia and initially struggled to adapt. She had a number of problematic issues, however, the staff remained supportive and helpful throughout. I am very pleased to say that she has now settled in very well and is enjoying her time at the Priory. All the staff do their very best to make the Priory a home from home for the residents.
I've visited the resident 3 times since she was accepted into the home. Each time staff are polite and helpful. It is always tidy and clean and a nice atmosphere. Security is very well maintained and kept safe. It's a nice, friendly place to visit and she is very happy being there.
My mother-in-law spent 3 weeks here in respite care, she enjoyed her time here stating everyone was very nice and she was well looked after, a proper home from home. Would not hesitate to recommend it, everyone was very friendly and professional, Thank you.
The staff at The Priory have been wonderful in communicating with me on both the telephone and my visits to the home. They couldn't be more helpful. My aunt is in The Priory for respite care but it is thought she will likely remain once all assessments are completed. She likes the conservatory, which has a nice outlook of the garden.
My mum has been recently placed in Priory and I was really very concerned as to how she would settle in due to some very emotional/difficult times in her life over the last year. I needn’t have worried, so far, she has settled really well with the staff around making a massive difference. She loves her room which fits her particular needs well and these were considered when allocating this room for her. She is very happy and content so thank you to all of the staff for this and long may it continue!
We have no trouble with the Priory Residential Home, all so helpful if you need to talk to anyone.
Very family-orientated feel within the home. All staff are professional and very supportive of family members too. As well as being friendly, there is a very very good balance, calming and relaxing atmosphere. It’s an amazing care home. Thank you all, so very much.
Both my parents have been at Priory Residential Home for a year now. I am very happy with the care that they receive and the interaction between the care staff and myself. The management handle situations with care and tact which I have had first-hand experience with as my father has proved to be quite challenging. The food always looks nice and well presented in a timely fashion. The care staff are so friendly and approachable. Would and have recommended Priory Residential Home to other people. Keep up the good work!
The Priory residential care home is an amazing place, it's hard to find the right words to praise it highly enough. In every situation where the parent and child role reverses and you become responsible for finding your parents somewhere safe, it's hard to make that final decision. The biggest fear is whether they will be cared for, The Priory dispelled all our concerns by being open, honest and transparent in every communication, visit and touch point. The staff are caring, attentive, and understanding. They're absolutely amazing and do a sterling job. I could name them individually, but it would probably use up the character limits to this post. Everyone goes above and beyond. I can't thank, praise or give enough commendations for this absolutely amazing residence.
Priory Residential Home is certainly a home. It is such a lovely homely place the manager, the deputy manager and administrator and every member of staff could not be more friendly and accommodating if they tried I visit regularly. The residents always looked clean and well cared for. The food looks great. And most importantly the Priory make you feel like it is a home from home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere caring to look after their loved ones
I would certainly recommend The Priory Care Home for your loved ones. All the staff there treat their residents with love and respect. They have a varied entertainments schedule and it is clear that they enjoy making their residents happy. When my mother-in-law was a resident, she was always well cared for and we were constantly kept informed of any health concerns and Doctors/District Nurses requested when needed. A care plan was discussed with us and our requests/concerns were valued and supported. Not only did they look after my Mother in Law, but took time and effort to support my Father in Law, encouraging him to visit her however many times a week he could and to even have lunch cooked for him to enjoy with her. He often telephoned The Priory to enquire after her health and to say goodnight to her. They never once got annoyed with his constant calls but instead showed great compassion to him. Nothing was ever too much effort for them.
My Mum moved into the Priory earlier this year, this was a very difficult decision for me but I can honestly say all the staff took the time with us to ensure Mum felt happy. The staff always seem patient and friendly and have taken time to help Mum feel comfortable. When I visit, Mum is always clean and her hair is brushed (these things mean a lot), they assist her with her food and give encouragement to eat and drink. She has a lovely room which is always clean and tidy. I always feel comfortable when I visit and the staff are always pleasant. It's a family feeling home. Hoping Covid disappears and we see more activities. Would definitely recommend.
Dad has been very happy since moving into the care home. He is very well looked after, and we feel happy that he is safe here.
Very nice, helpful staff. Very attentive to Mum, she feels very comfortable here. Enjoys the food and music nights.
