View Full Details of RosetreesMy mother is happy at Rosetrees and is well cared for. The staff are kind and caring and go out of their way to help. Unfortunately, due to staffing cuts and inflation, there are fewer activities. The staff have more demands on them as there are fewer staff members to cover the same number of residents so issues aren’t responded to as timeously as previously.
Above and beyond is the only way I can describe the work ethic, commitment and care from the staff, especially the team leaders at Rosetrees Jewish Care on 2nd floor. dad is very happy and this makes the family content and know he's in the best available care. Clean, tidy, the 2nd floor at Rosetrees is a lifesaver.
My partner (aged 77/78) has rapidly declining dementia but is relatively young. My worry was that the balance of age being much older that she wouldn't settle. On the contrary, she has linked in so well. They are a family (large) and the home is well run and the staff very supportive. The younger staff help to bring down the age of the family. The activity staff are especially uplifting. The food is good. The manager knows her job and it shows.
I do not have any complaints about the home. My only concern is the staffing levels in the three years my mother has lived there the staff level has reduced. The staff do an amazing job and I have full faith that they do their best. I feel that due to the staff levels, some jobs just take longer than they should. Other than that, my mother is very lucky to live there.
