My father in law was at Sancroft for 8 years. He originally went there for 2 weeks respite. He liked it there so much he asked if he could move there. We put his name on the waiting list and were lucky to get a place a few months later. He settled in very quickly and took an active part in all the activities and trips that are arranged at Sancroft. He was looked after very well and thought of some of the staff like family. For us, as a family, it was a great relief to know that he was happy and all his needs were being taken care of 24/7. Sancroft provide fantastic care to their residents and know them well. The staff undergo dementia training with info evenings offered to the families to allow us to have more understanding of what our loved one is going through. I can highly recommend Sancroft to those looking for care for their loved ones.

My mother has been at Sancroft Community Care Ltd- Sancroft Hall for over a year now and is eating well and looking so much better than she did before. The carers are lovely, always helpful, professional and welcoming when I visit. The cleanliness is outstanding and I am happy that my mum is in a safe environment. I would highly recommend.

I am so pleased that my sister is a resident of this facility. The care and attention she receives is of a high standard and I would like to commend the staff, especially the Manager, who took time from her busy schedule to meet with me and discuss the level of care given to my sister. It's clear that this facility understands the needs of the service users, concerns of family members and provides person centered care with dignity and respect, a quality that's paramount for the well being of my sister and reassuring for our family. The unit is well maintained and organised and having previously worked and managed similar facilities, I can attest that this unit is well managed. Reception and staff are welcoming and took time to respond positively to any queries and concerns I had. The building is clean and hygienic, again a testament and dedication of staff responsible for the cleanliness of the unit. Appreciation to management and staff for the excellent care given to my sister.

From the moment we engaged their services, the professionalism, compassion and attention to detail were evident. The caregivers were not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring, treating my loved one with respect and kindness. They went above and beyond in ensuring comfort, safety, and emotional support. Their personalised approach made a significant difference, providing peace of mind knowing my friend was in capable hands. Communication with the management team was seamless. They were responsive, attentive to our needs and flexible with scheduling, which made the entire process stress-free. The level of care and empathy demonstrated by the entire team truly sets them apart. My aunt has been here for over three years now. Although she didn't want to leave her own home, she settled in quickly, made friends, and enjoys the company and care she receives. I am so impressed with the quality of the care and support my aunt is given, always kind and respectful, and giving her as much choice and autonomy as appropriate. She celebrated her 95th birthday a few days ago and, to be honest, I'm not sure that she would have been able to had she not come to Sancroft Hall.

My Aunt is staying in this facility and she loves it. The events and arrangements are very enjoyable. She has a lot of fun here with parties and festive joys and entertainment.

My Sister-in-law has been here for 15 years. With her disability problem, I think she is happy. The food is good, given on time. They organise Diwali and Christmas parties and many more events. So think they pass the days nicely.

I have found this to be a very good care home. I feel safe, secure, and valued by the staff. The facilities for activities are good and keep me busy. Cooking and cleanliness are excellent. I am able to use the showers and appreciate the laundry service. The food is good and I can make tea or coffee at most times. I want to thank the staff for making the experience of Sancroft House so good.

Absolutely brilliant home and staff. The staff are professional, friendly, kind, patient, engaging, caring, empathetic and calm. The home is amazing, clean, hygienic, and warm. A+++!

My sister and I were so lucky to have found Sancroft. My Father has been there for more than two years and he is very content. The staff are wonderful, both the managers and the carers. They have helped him with everything he needs, from everyday care to arranging medical appointments and transport. Wonderful.

Sancroft Care Home has assisted me greatly in taking care of my Mother with dementia. Sancroft has been great. They are friendly and always responsive. I have a great relationship with the staff and management of the home.

Excellent around the clock care from staff. My grandmother is very happy here and enjoys so much about this care home - from the food to the medical attention, festive celebrations, to the fun events/entertainment. She feels right at home. She can't compliment the staff enough which puts our minds at ease. Thank you for looking after my grandmother as your own. Please try to complete renovations as soon as possible as residents are complaining about mice/rats and noise.

All staff are genuinely very caring and attentive to my mother's needs. She is very happy here and enjoys the company. She compliments the flavourful food and the various programmes that entertain all residents and cater to all different festivities. However, due to developments taking place at present, there is a requirement for pest control (mice/rats) which are nibbling food/cardigans in her room.

My mother lived at Sancroft for over 2 years we were very happy with the way my mother was taken care of by the carers and the staff were brilliant. My mother enjoyed the singing and she participated whenever the performers came to the centre. Thank you Sancroft team.

I do not live in the UK so it is very important to know she is in good hands. I visit every year and the staff are so lovely, they are like friends. Always smiling. They put on events for various times of the year when there are festivities. I am so happy my mum is at Sancroft. I would highly recommend this care home.
