Lansglade House provides all aspects of care for their residents. Seeing my Nan thrive everyday and get better is fantastic to see. All staff are all welcoming and kind to relatives of the residents. Seeing my Nan eat well to, due to amazing chefs in Lansglade House provides food the residents. From manager and staff to resident all very good and highly recommend this public house - very good facilities all round.

Dad has been at Landsglade for over three years now and I cannot fault the care and the love and attention that all the staff give to Dad. Recently, Dad's been quite poorly. I can honestly say the carers got us through what was a really tough time and made it a much easier time. They truly are wonderful people.

The family will be eternally grateful for the exceptional care given to our Mother during her time at Langsglade House. The amazing staff have been kind, gentle, and respectful and have enjoyed Mum's sense of humour with genuine affection. From the beginning to the end of her stay. We were never in doubt that she was in the safest of hands.

My wife came this week to your care home from the local hospital, she is suffering from dementia It was nice to find such wonderful care staff and management. They gave us both lunch and it was second to none. The management and all the staff are always jolly and there if needed doing their job with pride and skill. My wife is there for 6 weeks and I know I can go home knowing she is in safe hands. Bless you all.

The staff are so thoughtful and patient with the residents. They show compassion and understanding with new residents adjusting to a big life change. Residents are encouraged to be as independent as they can. Staff have also been a great help to me in understanding Mum's needs and to me adjusting to the change in circumstances.

Our friend has been in Lansglade House for about eight months. We find the home a friendly and inviting place, all the staff are very helpful and willing to talk about any concerns we might have and make us feel very welcome when we visit.

Lansglade House has a welcoming atmosphere, very clean, bright and always busy with staff tending to the resident needs. Residents rooms are very clean, bright, cheerful and tidy. Drinks (either soft drinks or tea etc.) are always available. The quality of the food looks excellent. The manager is excellent and always available to talk to.

My mum moved here last year, their amazing care team look after them all very well. They make you feel very welcome, the manager is very caring and understands the needs of everyone. They shower my mum a lot and hygiene is very good and up to standard.

I have found the staff to be really friendly and professional. My father has had a difficult journey post-fall, and Lansglade House has helped him find his new normal. The care home manager has been fantastic and leads the staff from the front. Always helpful, and nothing is ever too much; thank you, everyone.

My grandma recently turned 100 and has been a resident at Lansglade House for over 5 years. We are all very reassured by the excellent care she receives there. Her room is clean and she is calm and content. She is very frail and limited but her changing care needs have been managed very well by a stable and attentive staff team.

Brilliant experience with Lansglade House. Dad is so well cared for. His accommodation is clean and tidy. There is always someone around when Dad gets anxious. But what sets Lansglade aside from anywhere else, in my experience, is the empathy, compassion and dedication of its colleagues. As Dad's dementia progresses, the management has recently with my sister and I. They have patiently taken us through his notes and recent history so that we can make the very best decisions for our dad. It gives us confidence and security. This place sets a standard of compassionate loving care through a very difficult period of its resident's lives. I love this place, and most of all, the people who work here.

Dad has been at Lansglade for just over six months and his care needs have become more complex. The support the Lansglade team have provided him and us is outstanding. The team's expertise and empathy are truly excellent. They keep us informed at all times and Dad is happier than he has been for years. I can't thank the manager and team enough.

As soon as you walk into the home it oozes with kindness and friendliness nothing is too much trouble for anyone. The room where my wife says is kept spotless. I cannot praise you enough and that goes for my daughter as well.

My mother stayed here following a month in hospital. The Manager and the team are very professional and kept our family up to date with the processes, what to expect and ongoing progress. The Activities Coordinator arranges great activities and takes time with each resident. All the staff are kind, compassionate, and caring and treat their residents with respect.

My stepmother spent her remaining months at Lansglade House Care Home. The care and attention given to her by staff were exemplary. Although unable to fully communicate, she was obviously very comfortable with the staff and surroundings. They looked after her so well with great care an dignity. Thank you all.

We as a family were very happy and satisfied with all aspects of care received by my sister during her stay with you. The atmosphere made it so easy to settle in. The food, staff and families on offer were of a very high standard. She was treated with the utmost respect and care for which we thank you especially for the end-of-life care received.

The team at Lansglade were absolutely wonderful! My Aunt was cared for over and beyond what I could have hoped for, which was so reassuring when a loved one is at a vulnerable stage as my aunt was with advanced dementia. Thank you so very much!

Mum has been resident at Lansglade House Care Home for some years now and, as a family, we continue to be very grateful that a room was available to her after being discharged from hospital. She is most definitely a member of the Lansglade family and held in genuine affection by the caring, friendly and helpful staff, many of whom have been at Lansglade for many years. Despite being confined to bed now, as she nears the end of her life, she is still involved in everyday activities which are adapted to her interests and capacity. Mum is safe and content. We couldn't ask for more.
