I cannot thank you all enough for the respite care you have given to my mother. you have cared and looked after her so well in the four weeks that she has stayed with you. My family also want to thank you for the extra support that was needed through a fairly difficult period in our lives. I am sure in mum's own little way she will remember you too. Thank you again.

This home is excellent. The staff are very attentive and give a very homely feeling. the team are involved in making all the residents feel at home. All the staff have been amazing.

Very clean and organised, but homely. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I am very happy that my mum is being cared for and although she is very confused sometimes, routine seems to help. Thank you.

My wife and I have been visiting the resident for ten years. This home is friendly and compassionate and there is always a pleasant atmosphere when we go. They care about their residents and they are always pleased to see their visitors.

Always a nice place, clean people, looks clean it doesn't smell it's fresh. Lovely garden beautiful.

Since first viewing Langley Haven Dementia Care Home I have never been disappointed with the consistent love and care I witness the staff offer to both residents and visitors, the entertainment offered, food and the list goes on. They are always updating us on the medical updates of our loved one and always have time for us. We love watching their activities via Facebook, birthday celebrations, special dates for different religions, how they let us video call, send us messages of love on special days, share our Facebook pictures with out loved one, talk and chat and let us know what our loved one was talking about, I can't fault this loving home, over worked under paid with so much love under one roof x Thank you will never be enough x

Langley Haven Dementia Care Home is caring - supporting and always there to listen. It's like going to a family home.

My mother has been a permanent, resident in Langley Haven for over 5 years. I say permanent as she stayed on several occasions prior when I needed respite. I find the Management and all staff members to be very professional and caring. The facilities are of an excellent standard and continue to improve. My mother is very happy and loves everyone, which in turn, makes me happy .

My mum has now been at Langley Haven for five years. From day one I have always been made very welcome and kept well informed - through Covid they made every effort for me to be able to see mum, even if only as a window visit. I work away from home and even when turning up for a surprise visit mum has always been well presented and looking happy - and this goes for the home and staff as well. Langley Haven has always been extremely good for lots of daily activities and day trips - and with Covid lessening it is nice to see the outings returning. We looked at several homes for mum and I am pleased to say that I think we chose well as Langley Haven has surpassed all expectations and I would highly recommend.

On the occasions of visiting my mother, she always seems very happy. The staff are always very helpful. I enjoy the entertainment as much as my mother does. She is always clean and dressed well and the food always smells and looks tasty. A good place for my Mum to be.

Langley Haven is such a wonderful and caring place to be from the second you enter the building until the second you leave. You feel surrounded by love and happiness. It is truly a special place to be. The activities coordinator is out of this world. She works so hard on continually having new and exciting activities for the residents. She is an absolute joy to know and makes the world a better place by being in it!

The Haven is a happy and busy place. So much going on every day to keep the residents occupied and interested. The staff are genuinely caring and considerate and it feels like one big family. Despite the emotional difficulties of visiting a loved one and seeing them struggle in a very different environment, it is made as pleasant as possible for both residents and families.

I find the staff very pleasant and friendly, they show a lot of patience. I have visited the care home on two occasions when a wedding anniversary was celebrated and a Mexican themed afternoon was enjoyed by the residents.

The Haven is a friendly and caring home where the staff take time with the residents. There is a lot of effort that goes into making sure that there are activities for the residents to do each day.

I initially visited here with my sister looking for somewhere our Alzheimer's suffering mother could live. We are so glad we picked here, compared to others we visited it seemed streets ahead. It was difficult for mother and us but staff at the home were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. One stand out thing was the daily entertainment brilliantly organised by them. So inventive and creative with ideas to stimulate residents.

I am always greeted with a smile by the staff! The activity carer works very hard, creates a terrific atmosphere in whatever the residents are doing. I enjoy the activities whenever I am in attendance. The food looks appetising and I am always offered drinks. All the staff, in general, are aware of each residents needs. They deal with them quietly and with a lot of patience. It is always a pleasure to come to Langley Haven.

My first visit to Langley Haven when I was selecting a care home for my father, was greeted by one of the duty nurses with a warm smile. Being sat down to talk to the manager at the home who came across extremely caring and listened to my concerns of letting dad "go" and have others look after him. The manager made me feel completely relaxed and at ease with placing dad into their care home.

I have found the care provided by all staff as very good. Equally, one member of staff, in particular, I feel does an excellent job.
