Ardtully is an excellent care home which takes great care of its residents. We had a lovely day celebrating grandma's 92nd birthday with cake in the garden. The staff are wonderful and always treat residents & their families. There are always great activities to keep the residents entertained. Thank you everyone for your hard work.

I have always found Ardtully very welcoming. From an initial cup of tea on arrival to organising a birthday celebration afternoon tea, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everyone is so friendly and always greet everyone with their first names - it's amazing what a difference these personal touches make. Thank you.

My mother has been a resident at Adrtully for 2 months. We are extremely satisfied with the care & kindness offered to her. Today was Mum's 92nd birthday and the staff went out of their way to make her day really special, nothing was too much trouble.

Staff are all exceptional. They always smile and offer positive words of encouragement to the residents. The home is very comfortable and offer a home from home experience.

This is an excellent care home with outstanding, caring and friendly staff that go above and beyond to care for all their residents. Not only that, all visitors are made so welcome and they make it really homely and engaging. Having spent 21 wonderful months in the care of Ardtully, Mum sadly passed away in November. Throughout her time there, and particularly In her last few days, Mum could not have been cared for better and even when mum went into hospital many of the staff made time to visit her to cheer her up with a song. A massive thank you to the manager and all the team at Ardtully for looking after mum so well. You all kept her smiling and made lots of happy memories for her and for us to remember.

An absolutely amazing care home who cared for my mother before she sadly passed away in November 2024. Mum was there for nearly two years and in that time her quality of life was brilliant even though she had some health issues. The health issues were of a physical kind but her mind was as sharp as ever and the daily stimulus she got was second to none. Most days Ardtully do something with the residents wether it be a trip out to the local church or the library to baking cakes, arranging flowers, making greetings cards or just playing games. There were just so many things I cannot begin to mention all of them. Whenever I visited the home I was always made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. In fact that was what it was like generally concerning my Mum, nothing was too much trouble. The home was very well run and it was very reassuring whenever we visited knowing she was well cared for a safe.

My elderly aunt moved to Ardtully from another care home-the Ardtully team provide a completely different experience to the one experience prior to moving. Staff are friendly and kind, always greeted with a smile and all observed engaging with residents. Nothing is a problem. Home cooked meals are lovely and lots going on to enrich the minds of residents. Visitors are always welcome and staff do not hesitate to communicate with families and go above and beyond.

Always a pleasant experience. My father has been so much happier since his arrival in November 2024. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a care home for an aging parent who needs loving care.

We arrived rather as an emergency and my sister was made so welcome and the house is so perfect for her after a rather bad experience elsewhere. She is so happy and so are all the family.

It is an absolute pleasure to come and visit my dad here. The staff are absolutely fabulous! My dad is like his old self since moving here from his previous care home. It's like he is a member of the family and we are welcomed as family too.

I can't praise Ardtully highly enough. The staff are amazing and always cheerful and unbelievably patient. There is a lovely family atmosphere and visitors are always made welcome. The food is excellent as is the range of activities. My uncle loves it there.

I cannot fault the care given to Mum. I am totally thankful for the kindness shown, the multiple and varied outings and activities provided and the mental stimulation Mum receives. If I could choose any care home again, I would 100% still choose Ardtully. The residence is not too large, which adds to the feeling of a family home with such wonderful and caring staff.

The team at Ardtully are so warm and friendly and want to provide the best care and support for all their residents. I can't fault the service. My mum has settled in immediately thanks to all the love and attention provided. It truly is a home-from-home.

I placed my father in Ardtully for respite care for 5 weeks. I had heard good things regarding the care home and it didn't disappoint. It was important to me that my dad's experience was a positive one and I have been safe in the knowledge that his experience has been wonderful. The staff and management are so attentive and caring. They are so welcoming to me and my family. I cannot fault it and I would recommend it to anyone considering placing a loved one here.

Everyone is so caring and considerate. The staff are all happy and it's lovely to see the same faces rather than different people. My father seems very happy and I know he isn't always the best behaved. They are so patient with him. Thank you so very much.

It is a pleasure visiting Ardtully. All of the carers are so attentive and kind and have looked after the resident so well. It's great that there are so many activities for the residents. A big thank you to all of the carers.
