Happy, friendly staff make happy residents. Treated with dignity, good food, always clean. Back in August, Dad came home directly from the hospital. With great care, he has improved within two weeks - walking and eating. Now chest infection and falling out of bed, he is being helped to recover again. Great patience and caring staff.

Amazing place, really welcoming, a great place for my nan to stay. Entertainment is excellent, always getting people involved.

My nan comes here and loves it, so happy. Really well in herself and has lots of friends. Me, my nan and mum love the bingo mornings.

My Dad was in Belmont Lodge for a short time when he needed 24-hour care and Belmont staff were the very best we could have asked for. Not just caring but loving him as we did. Huge praise for every member of staff, we cannot praise this care home enough. Thank you, Belmont!

My dad was giving up, just sitting in hospital. Bit since he has come to Belmont Lodge Care Centre, he is a changed man, so happy now and all the staff are so good with him, nothing is too much for them. Couldn't think of a better home for him to be in.

Best thing I did for my husband. Can't describe what a lovely home it is. The staff are wonderful, they can't do enough for the patients. It's as if my husband has come alive again. The care is first-class.

My mum's been at this home for the past fourteen months, she is really happy here, it's like home from home, very clean. All the carers are lovely and do a good job and the activities are good and the activity ladies are excellent.

Have always felt that my sister is well looked after here at Belmont Lodge. They are always helpful when I phone and answer any queries I have. She seems very happy here and looked after. The staff are very kind and always polite.

The staff are very nice, I have made many friends. I am very new to Belmont Lodge but I have settled in very well. I really like my bedroom very much. I'm enjoying all the activities every day.

Each time I come I'm always so appreciative of how friendly the staff are and how caring they are towards the residents. Most importantly, my grandad only ever has positive things to say - about how kind and attentive the team are and what a nice atmosphere the home has.

Belmont Lodge is a warm and welcoming home. The dedicated staff are always friendly and helpful and the care and support they give to the residents is heartwarming. There are endless activities and family-orientated events to keep the residents active, stimulated and involved. My auntie is so happy here and that is all the family could ask for. Endless thanks!

The staff at Belmont Lodge go above and beyond for all the residents. Mum is always well cared for, her room is always clean and her clothes are beautifully cared for. She is so happy and always has a smile on her face, she loves the activities and interaction.

I couldn't be happier with the care my granny receives at Belmont. The staff go above and beyond for all of the residents. There are always lots of activities and fun things for the residents to do, and I love coming to see my granny and being able to join in with her.

Belmont Lodge is a very welcoming and happy care centre. The staff made every effort to support my mum and make her feel special. The activities have kept her engaged and stimulated and her personal interests and hobbies have been encouraged. She loves crocheting and baking! The staff have been very kind and caring and often support her during difficult days. Their social media page has been a great comfort as a daily update keeps me assured that my mum is happy and involved with others and slowly making friends and forming relationships.

We had luck with Mum staying here for 5 months of respite. We have had the most amazing experience and if I ever got to choose a place for myself, this is it. It's a big family who loves to laugh, sing and make the stay the most pleasurable time. Who would have thought this is a care home, it's a home from home, love it.

The care and attention to my aunt has been given without exception. The staff are amazing, fantastic idea to have activities to keep the mind and body going. My aunt has been so happy here and come on leaps and bounds since arriving, so much so we can now take her home. This is by far one of the best care homes I have had the pleasure of visiting. Thank you, every one of you.
