View Full Details of Lime CourtLime Court is a wonderful care home. The staff are professional, kind, caring, friendly and always welcoming. Visiting is straightforward - flexible with dates, never a problem parking, and a staff member available to welcome us. Our dog was welcome, too! The entry and exit process demonstrated a keen attention to security and safety. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The care they provided to my step-mother in her final years was simply outstanding. Thank you Lime Court.
As a retired carer having worked in two care homes and private, also, having visited several different care homes I can honestly say Lime Court is one of the best. It's a home-from-home, with staff doing their very best to care and entertain the residents. As a volunteer, I'm very happy to be a small part of this lovely place.
You and your team put on a lovely Birthday celebration for my grandma, we were able to fill the room with family and we were welcomed, catered for and my grandma looked so happy. Your team do a fantastic job.
We celebrated our mum's 80th Birthday in Lime Court this last weekend. Staff had decorated a meeting room with balloons and a lovely Birthday poster with just a lovely photo of Mum. All the grandchildren were made welcome too. Celebrating this landmark Birthday well had been a worry for me so it is such a relief that the day went well.
My mother came here for respite. The staff made her very welcome and were understanding of her needs. As her daughter I am extremely pleased with her care.
I have been so pleased with the care my mum has received. The staff are very caring and nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent. Overall very pleased.
Treated with respect by everyone. Nothing is too much trouble. Meals are excellent with good choice. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Plenty to join in during the day if you wish.
My experience with the care home is of a high standard. My father is treated with respect and dignity from the well looked after regarding cleanliness, food available and entertainment-wise. This is a safe environment and any issues are notified quickly. Would definitely recommend.
All staff are very friendly and happy and very nice place, the only thing that is wrong is the room is not clean well at all. My mum loves it there and it is very secure there, that is a good thing. The food there is nice and fresh made by staff.
I was worried about going to Lime Court it was a big step. I had no reason for this as it is lovely. The staff are very helpful nothing is too much trouble no matter what time assistance is needed. The food is always freshly cooked and tasty. Washing is done daily so you never run short of clothes. Medication is given when due. It is one big family and very happy as can be.
The home is super welcoming and friendly. The staff are so attentive to the needs of my father. They are kind and caring and the whole home and team make you so welcome when I am visiting. I know my father is safe and well looked after in there. I cannot praise the home and management team enough for all they have done in supporting him during this change from his own home.
My father moved into Lime Court in February, he has dementia and struggled to adapt to his new environment. All staff were extremely kind and understanding, which has assisted him to adapt to his new home. I was kept fully in the loop with information and changes to his behaviour and felt reassured by staff that they would find a way to manage and support him with his transition into full-time care. The manager is present and available to talk to when required. I feel a weight has been lifted from my shoulders as I know he is being cared for.
The care given to my mother, and the support given to myself, has been wonderful. The staff work extremely hard and professionally to enable residents to feel safe, happy and comfortable.
Lime court staff make this care home a safe and friendly environment. I was reluctant at first as you can hear some terrible things about the stigmata of care homes but my fears were soon put to rest. My father is happier now than he has been since the passing of my mother. Lime Court is truly a diamond in the rough there are newer homes out there but you would be very hard-pressed to find one with such excellent care.
Fantastic care is given to all residents. Well organised and on the ball all of the time. The home is run with the utmost consideration to its staff and residents. Excellent care home with lovely staff care is second to none. Thanks for looking after my father who is a resident and keep up the great work. Thank you.
My dad has recently moved into Lime Court and settled in very well. The staff are friendly, and the home is very clean. Management is very approachable and my dad is taking part in activities I never thought he would. My dad is very happy.
I do not have enough adjectives to describe how reassured we are by my father-in-law's care. He is safe, clean, loved, and happy, but the team goes above and beyond to treat him holistically, compassionately, and as the person he still is, despite the challenges of his age. I work in the NHS, and I know what is good. Well done, everyone
I can not praise Lime Court strongly enough. My mum was only there for a short time before she passed away but they treated her like family (and myself). My mum was at end of life and all I can say is they treated her with compassion, dignity and love right up to the very end. For the last three days, I was at her side constantly. They not only took care of my mum but of me too. Nothing was too much trouble. Mum was never left alone, even for my toilet breaks, someone would sit with her, holding her hand and talking to her. They made sure she wasn't in pain and that she was positioned comfy in the bed. One of the senior carers spent two and a half hours on hold, on the telephone to get her the pain relief/doctor required! My mum was so happy there and even in death, they treated her with love and compassion. No better way could I wish for my mum to pass than in her own bed, at Lime Court, being looked after by people who really care. All the staff are angels!
I moved my stepmother who has dementia from a different home in the town she lived into Lime Court (16 miles away) where I live, in late January of this year. It is a decision myself and my brothers have never regretted. Although she is not aware of which town she is in, since being at Lime Court her whole demeanour has totally changed and she is so much happier than she was. This is because from the moment she arrived the Manager and all the staff made her feel so welcome as they did with me and always do. There are so many positive things that happen in Lime Court. I know she loves her room and the food there too and since being at Lime Court her appetite improved no end. I have also seen for myself first-hand how many activities take place which the residents absolutely love so all credit to the Manager. Thank you to the team of carers. Definitely a care home I would recommend.
My mum has been in Lime Court for a few months now, but this is now her home. The carers and admin are absolutely amazing and always happy to help. They always make time for my dad when he goes to visit my mum which is so nice.
