The staff are kind, caring, patient and do a great job of looking after my father. They are quick to spot medical issues, which are then quickly dealt with. My father says he likes the food at the home, and he is settled and happy there.

Mum has been at Silvanna Court now for over 3 years and I wish I had found this home first the home is like a 5 star hotel. The manager is amazing she has the residents care and well being first and foremost. The care givers and entertainment is the best you could ever ask for food is like going to a 5 star restaurant always cooked fresh and served how you would serve it if at home. You are greeted at reception with a smile and feel welcome and part of the family because that is what Silvanna Court is a family. Residents are treated with dignity the best care you could wish for and never a boring day.

My dear mother passed away in Silvanna Court on 29th Sept. 2024. She has spent 5 and a half years in there. She was always happy and when asked if she was ok would say 'What's not to like'. She was always happy with the food and said that the staff were all lovely and friendly. Unfortunately, she developed dementia over the last couple of years but remained happy. There were always activities involving the residents. This also included trips out in the minibus, usually including lunch. The staff were always friendly towards me and any problems were quickly addressed. The care they showed her over the last week of her life was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate in recommending Silvanna Court to anyone looking to place their loved ones.

I visited one of the residents of Silvanna Court (for the fourth time in recent months) yesterday. Two other friends accompanied me, one of whom the resident has known for more than 70 years. As always we were welcomed. Tea and biscuits were bought for us and a little later we all sat in the reception lounge where we took some photos of us all. Other staff also came to chat making for a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. There is a genuine caring feel to the home, making it feel like 'home' rather than a business.

Dad moved to Silvanna Court at Easter, he's so happy living an independent life in a safe environment. Medical and care staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, they go out of their way to care for his every need and they treat Dad like he's a member of their family. Dad tells everyone he lives in a 5-star hotel like Buckingham Palace, loves the food, loves all the staff because they're so kind. His Key Worker helps with day-to-day needs, shopping for him, appointments, covers my holidays and does it willingly. Dad is so settled and happy. He gets involved in daily activities, day trips to the seaside and castles, pub lunches and Silvanna has an amazing social team who raise funds for the residents. I can't fault anything about the home and would happily recommend it to anyone who needs to find residential care for a relative. The manager and her team are the cream of the crop and I always tell them how grateful I am for taking my stress and worries away. Thank you Silvanna Court!

Silvanna's staff really go the extra mile to make this a family-orientated home. They encourage lasting friendships between residents and treat the residents with dignity and care. The activities are very well thought through, encouraging inclusivity for all. Thank you to the manager and superb staff at Silvanna, you are all wonderful!

Mum has been a resident at Silvanna Court since 2022. The staff and management are absolutely amazing. I receive regular updates either by phone or in person on how Mum is doing or for any concerns that may have occurred. It gives Mum and the family peace of mind that she really is being cared for and all her needs met without delay. The daily activities are brilliant, there is always something for everyone to enjoy, the staff and the management all get involved and really know each and every resident. There are regular trips out and walks in the nearby park. The food menu is good with daily choices and each occasion is marked by wonderful decorations throughout the home. I can't praise the staff and management enough. I feel blessed to have found such a friendly and caring home for my mum.

The enthusiasm and general positivity of staff at this welcoming care home are fantastic as is the level of care they provide for residents. As a family, we have also felt cared for and supported through the experience of our relative moving in and of her changing needs being identified and met. Families are kept well informed and invited to become involved in some of the amazing range of activities in which residents can take part.

Socialising with staff and residents. Staff make me feel happy and encourage me to join in activities. I am happy with the meals. My relatives are also encouraged to join in with residents.

Dad seems very happy and benefits from the variety of activities provided. The staff always seem pleasant and approachable. I always feel welcome to visit my dad at any time, this was important to me and our family as we like to visit daily when possible. I hope my dad continues to be happy here. Thank you.

Mum has been a resident since July 2024. We have found the staff and managers to be friendly and caring. Mum's health and medication are informed by telephone and any concerns are discussed. Extremely satisfied with the home.

Silvanna Court is a care home of exceptional quality. 'Issues' with my mother-in-law are always developing but they are 'on it'! They have robust systems to ensure she is well cared for in every way. High-quality carers are backed up by excellent supervisors and management. But beyond that, the home is brimming with caring enthusiasm that delivers endless opportunities for stimulating activities. Employees must go home exhausted!

My mother-in-law moved into Silvanna Court in December. She has spent two and a half years at another care home where she was happy and well cared for, unfortunately, her circumstances changed. She has dementia and is still fairly bright and mobile. The care she has received at Silvanna has been excellent she has settled in well and the carers are lovely. It's fantastic that they bring in children to read to the residents amongst other forms of stimulation. We are delighted she is at Silvanna Court, it is a notch above as a care home.

I unfortunately had to take the decision to put my mum in a care home. Since my mum has become a resident at Silvanna Court, she has absolutely thrived. She seems happy, healthy and really relaxed with her surroundings. The staff have been so accommodating and welcoming. I now feel happy with my decision to have Mum in a home and can't recommend Silvann Court enough.
