Kinloch Tay is generally a well-run establishment, the care given is
good, the staff friendly and approachable. Cons - More activities
needed, cleanliness needs to be improved upon and advice should be consistent.

Although, of course, she ideally wanted to be at home, my mother was
fortunate enough to spend the last few weeks of her long life in Kinloch
Tay (Care Home), where she was wonderfully well looked after by the most
attentive, friendly and engaging staff Nothing was too much trouble for
any of them, from the most junior to the most senior. The owner, the
manager and her assistants led by example to create a united team of
carers who were warmly welcoming and engaging at all times. We could not
sing their praises more highly, and our family will always be
appreciative of everything that was done to ensure my mother's every
need was met to the end in the most cheerful, friendly, sensitive and
thoughtful manner. Through and through, Kinloch Tay left me convinced it
is primarily run to provide a service for those in need and not (unlike
several other possibilities we originally explored) as a business
venture. I would recommend it in the strongest terms.
