View Full Details of Treetops Care HomeMy mother-in-law was admitted directly from the hospital for an assessment of her needs. The management, staff and owners have been absolutely brilliant everybody is so attentive, and the owners are accommodating and incredibly caring asking what can they do to improve my mother-in-law's stay with them. Her room is great, and large enough to accommodate her electric chair and a china cabinet containing some of her prized possessions. The manager has an excellent eye for detail and runs a tight but very caring ship, each and every staff member shows care, compassion and understanding to all residents and their particular needs. The quality of the meals is amazing with roasts at least twice a week, supplemented with fresh vegetables, and all dietary needs catered for. This is a real tribute to the owners, management and staff, and a first-rate care home who are giving my mother-in-law a cosy comfortable satisfying and safe environment to live in. Thank you!
Mum says that the staff at Tree Tops were all very good and that she felt very looked after and well-fed! Mum said the food and puddings were delicious and that it was nice to have others to chat to. Mum enjoyed having her hair washed, blow-dried, and her nails painted. If Mum forgot where she was going, there was always staff on hand to assist. A welcome stay for respite.
Great standard of care provided at Treetops. All staff show a willingness to go the extra mile for their clients and family members. Very clean, comfortable and friendly environment. Carers demonstrate empathy and a social interest in their client's personality, likes and dislikes. Very impressed with the speed in which medical needs are handled at the home too. Thank you Tree Tops for taking such good care of our dear relative during these difficult times.
After my mum passing away, my dad became very low his Dr admitted him (he is 88), within 3 weeks my dad has improved so much he is engaging with staff and other residents. The care he has been given is brilliant. Dad has chosen to stay on. The manager and staff have made a big difference to my dad at a very hard time in his life.
My mother was at Treetops for nearly 14 years, in that time I can happily say that she was treated with kindness, thoughtfulness and the staff showed my mother dignity. The staff were always polite and friendly and extremely helpful. My warmest thanks go to the staff at Treetops.
The manager of Tree Tops helped me with all the admin to get mum admitted just before lockdown 2! He reassured mum and me and is doing everything in his power to find mum a permanent place in this lovely home from home. I rang this morning and he was able to put my mind at rest by reading her notes to me. She was checked every two hours throughout the night and made comfortable with warm drinks when needed. So very grateful.
I visited my wife. On each occasion, the staff was very helpful and efficient. Management was at its best and my view is well done Tree Tops. This included every member of the staff I met.
I have loved every minute I have been here. I would give them 100/10. There is not one person who can be described as anything other than awesome! From the moment I came in to leaving, I feel like part of the family. This is not a residential home, it is a family that you are part of. They are doing up areas, but none of that is important. What is, the warmth and love shown to us. Nothing is too much trouble. I will badly miss them all. God bless you all!
Tree Tops is warm and homely. Residents are quickly made to feel very comfortable and cared for. The menu is varied, and all tastes are catered for with the emphasis of "home cooking".
Was in for 2 weeks respite, now as it's such a nice place hope to get her resident. She is happy there.
The staff and management treat my mother with kindness and respect. They are happy to try and meet any request made. Everyone is treated as an individual with their own needs, likes and dislikes. I am very happy with my mother being in this care home.
My father, who suffers from dementia, has been a resident here for just over two years. In all of that time, the carers have only ever shown him kindness and treated him with great dignity. There are always carers on hand talking to the residents and helping them with whatever they need. Visitors are welcome at any time and are always offered a drink. Visiting Treetops, you feel as if you are in a family home rather than a care home. The manager lets me know straight away of any changes to my father's medication or if there are any changes to his condition. Every member of staff from the manager down seems to have the resident's best interests at heart and all help to make this a very happy place to be.
Wonderful home and my father-in-law says it's like a hotel.
Both my dad and my aunt have been in Tree Tops. They are both very happy here. I am impressed by the kindness, thoughtfulness and love that residents are given by the carers. It feels like being in a loving home. My dad is treated with great dignity. I cannot recommend Tree Tops highly enough.
Well looked after. My husband has settled in and seems to be happy and contented. He is in a safe environment.
I was very nervous of coming to stay. I needn't have been, the staff are very kind and friendly, without being 'over the top'. I have found the food very palatable and satisfying.
Nice entrance space and a very warm welcome. Offered tea/coffee on arrival and an update on care plan for a relative.
Very good.
