View Full Details of The White HouseWe cannot say how thrilled we are that our dad is in the White House, the level of care is absolutely incredible, the staff are very professional friendly happy and always make us feel welcome and it is so nice to know that our dad is very happy here. Thank you to all the staff.
I have to say, I find the home very clean, pleasant surroundings and the staff are very kind and helpful.
Mum has been so well looked after. We are so pleased with how much she has settled. The staff are so friendly and always happy to answer questions and calls.
My mum has been a resident at The White House since September 2021. She has a very cosy bedroom with an ensuite toilet. Since her admission, Mum has been settled and content. The staff are brilliant and always make us all welcome. I cannot thank the staff enough for the peace of mind I have knowing my mum is getting such loving care. We definitely struck gold when we found this home.
Everything seems to be good. On speaking to my sister, she seems very contented and happy. And all the services and care seems excellent.
My mother has settled exceptionally well. I am confident that she is looked after and cared for. The staff are professional and supportive both for my mother and myself.
Fabulous care and very loving environment.
Since placing my relative at The White House, I have experienced excellent service. The staff are very dedicated to their jobs and their care for the residents is fantastic. Throughout the pandemic, all have been most kind and helpful. What I have seen of the home is most comfortable and fitting its purpose. I would highly recommend this home.
During his stay at the White House Care Home, my father was treated with the utmost respect, patience and care by the dedicated staff.
I put an X in every box not even looking at the questions because I know confidently that whatever this home does is just perfect. The staff, from top to bottom, are really great. We can leave my Mum here knowing that she is safe and well looked after. I can honestly say that I hate going to The White House to see my Mum, but may I say how welcoming and helpful the staff make you, which makes the experience much softer. Brilliant place.
The staff are second to none in their dedicated care to my mum over the last few months, since she arrived as a new resident at The White House. Professional, caring, attentive and always with a smile! The home is just that a 'home from home' with a warm feeling and spotlessly clean. My mum is very happy here and as her daughter, I have peace of mind knowing that she is in great hands and have seen the quality of her life improve more and more every time I visit, which when you consider she is 98 that's pretty amazing too! Thank you every one at The White House for all you do.
I have been visiting this care home since May 2018. I found the staff very willing and friendly. Always ready t help the patients, assist with all their needs and requirements. Telephone calls answered quickly and messages are always passed on to patients concerned. Any complaints from patients are actioned quickly and reliably by staff then passed to management keeping them informed at all times.
I am truly impressed with the high standard of care given to my mother. All of the carers are so very caring and ensure cleanliness in all the residents and make sure they are given ample time. They interact with the residents and make it seem like one big family. I cannot speak highly enough and The White House should be a benchmark for all residential homes.
A professional, well managed care home with well trained, kind and friendly staff.
My mother has been in this home for three years now. In all that time I have only ever seen the staff treat her and other residents with the greatest respect and kindness. I visit her weekly and feel I know all the staff there. I have only the greatest respect for them all. My mother's welfare is safe in their hands and that gives me great relief and support. I can't praise them enough for the service they provide. It's a very homely home. Very attentive.
The White House is a lovely, cosy home. Staff are very good and always helpful. Staff work well as a team and are lovely to the residents.
Over the 4 years I've felt the care and treatment my mother has received has always been to an excellent and high standard. At no time have I felt the need for concerns.
My husband of 65 years, 89 years old was admitted to The White House on 02/12/16 he has many physical problems: diabetes type 2, angina and a crumbling spine amongst others. He was diagnosed with vascular dementia in 2011 and this has become worse recently. Eventually, I was persuaded that a care home was the best solution for him - we were both very distressed. He has taken a time to settle as he is used to being in control. I have seen nothing to disapprove of in his care. As far as I can see he is treated with courtesy and sympathy. His room is always neat, clean and tidy when I visit and I am always made welcome. I am made aware of any treatment he receives and any problems that arise.
The carers are really helpful, polite and caring. They are good with mum and they all work really hard.
Mum has been a resident since October last year. She has been cared for in a sensitive and caring manner. The staff have been very good at keeping in touch with me when mum has been unwell. Mum always appears clean and cared for. She is happy in her environment. The staff seem to be genuinely fond of her and concerned for her well being. The home is always clean and well kept and adequately staffed. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
