I was very pleased with the welcoming and caring transition when my mum moved into the Beeches 2 years ago. She has always been treated with kindness, patience and respect by all staff. A very happy, positive atmosphere. I visit regularly (a few times a week) and always find my mum to be well presented and cared for. lovely clean room and communal areas too. I am 100% satisfied my mum is receiving excellent care at all times. Great staff and home.

On behalf of our family, we are very grateful for The Beeches. Our Mum has been a resident for over two years. During that time all of her healthcare needs have been handled with dignity and respect. From the laundry lady, chefs, to all of the supporting staff, team leaders, and managers, we can not thank you enough for the wonderful care shown, on a daily basis, to out mother, and to the extended family.

Our parents joined the Beeches for respite care, but subsequent hospital visits have necessitated a longer stay. They have been looked after amazingly well and all of the care staff have not only been totally professional, but have also made the Beeches feel like a home from home. We would not hesitate to recommend the Beeches to anyone looking for a safe, caring home.

My mother has had a tricky 12 months with losing her balance and confidence in walking. The Beeches care staff have magnificently handled all these low times, including falls and regular ambulance/paramedic intervention, through to rehabilitation and recovery which has been much appreciated.

Generally good, with a few issues. I have recently discussed with the manager. I feel I have been listened to and look forward to the planned improvements and actions being implemented. Thank you!

My mother is very well cared for and my visits are always plasant. Staff are always friendly and helpful. My mother says the food is "disgusting" - but she is a very fussy eater. She claims there is "nothing to do" but I think she doesn't choose to join in and give things a try. I feel this is a mix of personality and dementia. My feelings are that she is very well looked after, she and her room are always clean and tidy.

Lovely, friendly and caring staff. Always fully manned. Same staff, low turnover, clean rooms and Mum is well cared for. Would be nice to be updated on trips as Mum has dementia and doesn't always remember. Very happy with the home.

Extremely happy with the home and the care that all staff are providing my mum. She had not had the easiest transition but all staff have shown her nothing but kindness and patience. It makes the move more positive.

I came along to the summer BBQ with a carnival theme - the staff excelled themselves making us all feel very welcoming and making a big fuss of my friend who is relatively new to The Beeches! The food was excellent and the entertainment was spot on - we were lucky with the weather and overall staff, residents and guests had a wonderful afternoon!

Generally the home appears to be well-run. It would be improved if more interaction was possible between residents and care staff. Maybe employ people to talk to residents. Boredom is a problem.

Everybody here is very friendly - always offering to help and seem very supportive of the residents. My family and I feel very grateful for the staff and find comfort knowing our grandmother is here being looked after so well - she is thriving here and I do believe it is down to the attentive and kind people working here - thank you!

The Beeches provides excellent accommodation and facilities for my elderly mother. It's always clean and tidy and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I can't fault anything at The Beeches.

My aunt is happy and looked after. She loves her food and enjoys any activities. She loves visiting the hairdresser. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Lovely calm atmosphere.Always clean environment with happy music playing.

Mum settled in well. The staff gave the best appropriate care at all times. Entertainment and activities are good.

The Beeches always give you a warm welcome on arrival from reception to management and care staff. Mum who is a resident always tells me that the staff couldn't be any friendlier and the food is always good and is more and enough. All in all we are very happy with the Beeches.

We are so pleased and happy our auntie came to the care of this home. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is well catered for she is always happy when we come to visit, doggies included! All staff are always very friendly chatty and helpful. We are always recommending The Beeches to our friends. We are so lucky to have found you. Thank you.
